I can not remember the last time I ever filled out a review. However, I believe this one is one I can not pass on. I purchased vehicles from a used car dealer in Jersey Shore prior to going to European Imports. I was so impressed with the Jersey Shore dealer. I soon found myself wondering why the service had dropped off drastically in the service department. After questioning the dealer I found that Doug left the Jersey Shore dealer and had decided to open his own dealership, European Imports. I found him on 150 and immediately purchased another vehicle from him. I knew he had a talent for finding the best used cars on the market and you can trust him not to sell you something he would not drive himself. He will not do unnecessary repairs that do not need repaired as most new dealers do and he takes his cars so personally that he will never leave you holding the bag on a problem with a car you purchased. I have purchased 4 vehicles over the last few years directly as a result of Doug. He has had his own business for a number of years now and it only gets better. I would have given five stars but as any business there are weaknesses. European Imports would benefit, as most businesses would, with a sales associate that knows the ins and outs of the cars. But dont be fooled, you would be hard pressed to find someone more knowledgeable then the owner Doug. When you get serious about your next purchase, request him and you will see. But just remember, if you are just looking for a place to purchased a cheap used car, European Imports may not be for you. Although European Imports is very competitive in their pricing, Doug and his staff are so passionate about their vehicles and that passion transitions to their customers.

I had the WORST experience at European Imports. The day I bought the Volvo the check engine light came on. I immediately brought it back and they said it was because I bought low grade fuel and they reset the light. The next day the check engine light came on again. I went back and forth for 1 month to NO SOLUTION. When I said that since the check engine light kept coming on I wanted to return the Volvo. No go. They didnt want it and Have a nice day! So six months later I took it to another garage (now we have 2 fault messages) and it will cost me $6,000 to fix. Now I have a car payment, cant drive the car and no solution in sight. DO NOT BUY FROM EUROPEAN IMPORTS. I talked to some friends and no one has had a good experience. BEWARE!

This was my first experience working with European Imports. I purchased a car outta state through these guys and I gotta say, European Imports was by far the best car buying experience Ive ever had. They supplied me with all the photos and videos I requested, and the customer service was outstanding! I worked directly with Matt and he was fantastic to work with! Matt always went above and beyond to take care of me, awesome guy! Thank you guys again for everything, I cant recommend you guys highly enough! These guys ROCK!! A+ Experience!!

These guys are wonderful! I bought 2 cars here. If i ever have a problem they bend over backwards to work with me. They are the only garage I trust with my cars.
