Honest and Dependable! The service department has taken care of my vehicles for over a decade now, and its pretty rare to find a shop that is truly looking out for your best interest as a car owner. From what I understand Burdettes has always been this way - perhaps that is why they have been in business for so long.

The manager is great! I bought an electrical part from the parts department and when it wouldnt work I tried to return it. The part dept. said I was not allowed because it was an electrical part, but the manager happily refunded my money. Thanks!

Worst place to go. Delt with weeks of problems because of them. They broke a piece in my car and refuse to fix or taken ownership. From now on will tell everyone to take the extra drive to go somewhere better.
