They show a picture on their website, then send a confirmation saying they can substitute as needed. However, they substitute a smaller arrangement, in a smaller vase. They delivered the flowers with several crushed and broken lilies, but did drop off a few new lilies after I called, so I could fix my own arrangement the next day. This is why florists are going out of business.
