You would assume when a florist is contracted to a venue or when they state that they have years of experience that a minimal amount of customer service should be presented, but unfortunately this isnt the case. Lets start at the beginning... I had my wedding at Davids Country Inn where Monika (Fleurs Divine) is their in-house florist. I first made an appointment with her thinking that we would go over some options for my wedding centerpieces, which were included in the price of my venue, and after driving an hour to the shop we expected to at least be seated at a table so that we could look at examples of work that have been done in the past. This was not the case. We stood the entire time with not even a photograph to look at. Chairs would have been nice seeing that my husband and I were the only people in your shop. Any "notes" that were taken for our wedding (such as color scheme and approximate guest and table count) were written on the back of a piece of paper she had laying around which I am sure she later misplaced. Neither my husband nor I are florist so when we asked to see some examples. All she could do is tell us to look at her Facebook account. She then attempted to open her Facebook page on her cell phone to show us some pictures. She continually told us to look at her Facebook account to see photos of flowers she has done in the past, but maybe she doesnt understand that as customers my husband and I have no idea what she is able to make with the budget a venue gives her. Nor do we know what flowers are interchangeable. All we asked was that she would stick to our color scheme of grey, green and white and to please not use a very cheap looking green fern as the filler. We were even willing to pay extra for each centerpiece so that they would look presentable. I decided against that when emails went unanswered and she was unable to show/tell us what could be done with our extra money. For example what can you get when you pay $20 more per table vs $30 more? What kinds of flowers could you use? What do those flowers look like and in what color do they even come in? What would the filler be or look like? I dont know about anyone else but Im not going to pay for something without knowing what Im going to receive. During our meeting and continuously through email (5 emails - 1 in which she actually confirmed) we stated that we would have 12 tables. With these 12 tables we wanted 6 tall and 6 short centerpieces. When we arrived at the venue the day of our wedding we had 12 tall centerpieces. Not only were there no short centerpieces but the cheap fern that we stated to please not be included seemed to have taken over any flowers that might have been present. Of these flowers there might have been 1 hydrangea, 5 carnations and some babys breath per centerpiece. After this I wish I had the time to drive to a Whole Foods to purchase flowers and fill in the centerpieces myself. Customer service and any attention to detail are seriously lacking with this business and florist. Telling a customer to simply look through photos you have posted on Facebook does nothing especially when you arent clear to show what flowers are present or whether a client has paid extra for them. Unfortunately I had to deal with these flowers for my wedding day. I just hope my photographer didnt waste any time or photos photographing them.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for our future daughter-in-laws engagement party, and everyone was thrilled with the floral pieces. This was extremely helpful and deeply appreciated since we live in Wisconsin and had never heard of this florist before. Nice to know, and I will use them again!

Monika is a truly talented florist! She made the center pieces and all the bouquets, corsages, and boutaniers for my wedding at Davids Country Inn. I could not have asked for more beautiful flowers! They were exactly what I was looking for!
