I ordered a dozen roses for my wife on Valentines Day, Friday February 14th, to be delivered to her school. School was cancelled due to Snow. I called and rescheduled the delivery to Monday, February 17th. They acknowledged the change and said no problem. When Monday arrived, they assumed school would be closed because of Presidents Day. They assumed wrong. They assumed I did not want the flowers delivered. They assumed wrong. The order was not delivered Tuesday either. I received no phone call or follow-up. I called Wednesday to cancel the order.

If I could give it less than one star I would. This place is a joke. I placed my order last week to be delivered today, Valentines day.. No delivery was made and they have not answered their phone all day. I get that its Valentines day, but you STILL have to answer your phone to provide customer service. Do not trust these people, they will not come through. Worst service ever.
