Every time I go to ace I dont always know what Im looking for. I have in mind what I need ,and with a brief description of my project, Im shown several products that will fill my needs. Most of the time they have anything I need. From the roof to the basement, and even the backyard Miller Supply ACE Hardware is the only place you have to go. They have factory trained people in several areas. They are all very friendly people.

When they say "The helpful place"... they really mean it!!!!! I have been shopping there for years, and I prefer spending a little bit more on any item than I would at Lowes or Home Depot, in exchange for awesome customer service. I have never left there disappointed for any reason unless it was an extreme emergency product I had to go to a cookie cutter home improvement store to get. Highly recommended in my opinion!!!!

10 STAR! ALL of the guys and girls know the store and get you what you need as soon as you explain what your looking for. As one of the other comments were said, pay a little more but get first hand experience as well as ALL THE PARTS YOU NEED. ONE STOP SHOP because the workers will REMIND YOU, the dont forgets. Its always gratifying to shop at a local store where the staff is so friendly and helpful, especially when their prices are reasonable. I havent shopped around, but I doubt youll find a better rate on propane, and youll get a FULL tank; no Blue Rhino malarkey here. HIGHLY recommended!

This is my favorite hardware store! Its always well-stocked, its family-owned locally, and the service is second to none! The pricing is right, as well. Love their selection of fasteners... they often have types and sizes that none of the big chain stores have.

Been shopping here since its been open, wouldnt go anywhere else. The people at Millers Supply go out of their way to help you. The staff is very knowledgeable about everything I needed, they even made custom items for me. No need to ever go anywhere else!!!

Hands down favorite store almost in there everyday of the week staff is very friendly and if you dont know how to do something or find an item they are more than willing to help ten times more helpful than lowes or home depot by far excellent store .

I am very surprised to see one of the reviews complain about a salesperson being very rude. I have been a customer for many years and have ALWAYS found anyone of the staff to be courteous and helpful, perhaps the customer was the rude one.

Super friendly service and unlike big box stores there is always someone to help answer questions. Have everything for most home projects. Nit open as late as I would like sometimes but I respect them taking care of employees.
