Its sad that for two days in a row that they have been telling customers that they are able to get Generators during Hurricane Sandy. They have a kid telling customers that it is a warehouse issue. It is the warehouse issue. I guess it is easy to blame the warehouse when it is most likely the store issue promising something that they could not deliver. I was told that they would have the generators by noon time. I go into the store to find out that they never went up to get the generators yet.

I was recently in the store, there is a guy that works there by the name of Eric. (I think he might be a manager??) He was really impolite to me when I asked him where something was like I was bothering him while was walking around on his cell phone not doing anything. I will no longer be a customer of this store.

Lost a sale and a customer because they would not let me buy a bag of rock salt at 6:01pm because they close at 6:00pm. Youd think small stores would be flexible. No wonder small stores are going out of business.

Decent selection, and generally helpful on my one visit. Could have done a better job showing me where an item was at, but a decent or better hardware store.

Went in to find something simple (plumber tool) and found it. No complaints. Small store though. Not sure it would carry everything I need.
