The Lowes in this area is actually closer but the employees there just arent helpful. Every time Ive gone to this home depot the atmosphere is just plain friendlier. I feel like asking for help might lead to a meaningful discussion about home improvement, and that Im not burdening them with my insolence. They are my preferential choice from now on.

It has been almost two years we have been going there after we got our 1st home...everytime we go there...they helped us answer all the questions we have...they make sure that we know the product we are buying...they have always given honest suggestions...very satisfied with their customer service.

This home depot location is junked up. Every aisle has multiple displays on both sides parts impassable. I understand its a smaller hole depot less square footage but junked up aisles makes it impossible to comfortably shop and not be in someones way.

Very disappointed! We have always loved Home Depot over Lowes. We got a flooring estimate. When I called to review the estimate, the numbers have changed and they made excuses. The store was not willing to assist us in any way.

I drive right by the Lowes store to shop at this Home Depot. the folks are friendlier, more helpful. I dont know why that is true (but is) because the stores are only 1/8 of a mile apart. The store is laid out better too.

Ive found the employees to be so much more helpful then Lowes ! They greet you and make sure you get the attention you need ! They even educate you without making you feel incompetent!

Good service and products....but......I prefer Lowes..Everything I need from Lowes is all in their front store isles...At Home Depo you have to search the whole store......
