HORROBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE To brief i was lied to, i was given the rin around, i was delivered a broken fridge that they wanted me to keep. I called corp. they promised i would get a loaner 3 days before i got it. I paid for a huge side by side Amana fridge with a ice msker and they couldnt even give me a average size fridge but a old, tiny one. I went about 2 weeks with no fridge, i lost just under $100 in food i brought thinking i had a working fridge. I have 3 children my youngest 3 im running out everday to the store and storing refrigerator stuff on my porch for 2 weeks with a broken fridge in my kitchen that they took their time to get knowing i was waiting for them to get it to get my money back to buy another one. I asked for a credit of $280 they promised me $200 when i went to get another fridge they tried charging me original price instead of sale price so i declined i asked for my money on gift card thry said no. I called corp. was told i was lied to and i could use that credit at any branch i went to a different branch but they did not have it in the system, i still brought the fridge which was more expensive and hoped i could grt my $200 gift card after calling corp. They completely backed tge stores decision to take the credit away, i offerd to use it in that branch but they said it was only if i brought a fridge. I told them to get that loaner out of my house, i cancelled my order and went to lowes where i was treated like i mattered. They delivered the next day, it was easier, i spent less on the fridge and i didnt have to tske off my door like when home depot delivered lowes delivery service did it for me. I think i was treated this way because i am not a home owner, lowes never even asked. I still need a washer and drier, dish washer, lawn mower and a grill and i wont be getting it from there anymore. No disrespect to home depot in downingtown, pa they were great but corp. backed parkesburg decision to mishandle my situation and to me that says plenty about home depot. I urge u to go to lowes or elsewhere especially if you are not a home owner.

I had A LOT of questions about a dish washer that I saw online, but live about 30 minutes away from the store. I would have just ordered online, but had a gift card (and for some stupid reason, you cant use home depot gift cards online). The guy that I spoke with was EXTREMELY knowledgable and professional and friendly. You can tell that he was trained well in dishwashers. Now... if only the Lancaster, PA store was as helpful wed be in business.

I was looking for a dewalt 20v phone charger and I asked someone that worked there and he told me a ail number, went there and not there then I asked a other guy that worked there and he gave me a other ail number, asked about 5 people and each gave me a different ail number so I just left, THE WORKERS SHOULD KNOW WHERE THE STUFF IS!!!!!

Even though I live closer to this HomeDepot I rarely visit. The employees seem generally less knowledgeable about their individual departments than the ones who work in Downingtown. That does not mean they are not helpful. I visit HomeDepot at least once a week, so I just go to the store who help me the most.

They keep the store clean. The help in the plumbing and electrical sections have been very helpful and knowledgeable. I always find the front door greater to be very friendly. I have taken my daughter to several of the kids workshops which are a blast!

Looked for a personal mister and couldnt find one. I was personally helped to get one which was in the stock area overhead. The employees were very helpful. I recommend this store to anyone who cant find something on their own.

Your typical Home Depot. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I have found some good close-out deals in this store. Sometimes discounted items are outside near the garden department and on end-caps in the store.
