Not sure where the 1 star poster is coming from. I found none of that to be true, and suspect its a dig by the named competition. The staff are very helpful, always offering to assist you to find something as soon as you walk in. (unlike H.D. where they seem to run away if you look like you need help) And when I cant find an odd part at Lowes, 95% of the time Ill find it at this Ace. Sure, the prices are a bit higher, but its worth it to know Ill likely find what I need when I go in. I just wish they had longer hours.

Every time my family comes to this Ace for screws, bolts, or washers. We bring a sample with. Once we find what we need we test one and then get more from that same bin of hardware. We always have to come back and return our items since the hardware in the bins is always mixed up in the wrong bins. My family is tired that this location doesnt sort its bins of hardware in the correct bins.

I found the manager and staff to be cordial and helpful. Best fertilizer deal in the spring. I switched from my lawn service to the Ace 4 stage lawn care fertilizing program and my lawn hasnt looked better. These folks and their products appear to be unbeatable!

Very bad, when you buy a item and 4 days later it goes on sale and they wont give you sale price or let you return it and buy it for sale price

I was just in the Pennsburg Ace a couple of days ago and the cashier there in the morning is beautiful.
