Weve been Winn-Dixie customers for about a decade and shop there about once a week. We were very happy with the remodeling and upgrade of the store, however we noticed that the quality of service had suffered and it was apparent that the staff was unhappy ...and sadly the customers received the bitter end of this. Many customers at Winn-Dixie are elderly and are treated with much disrespect by management. Today, my husband went to the store and was greeted with a horrible service by the the manager, who, for no reason at all decided to approach my husband with an officer and asked him to leave.My husband had just arrived and was trying to use the "change machine" and since he couldnt figure out how to make it work he asked the manager -who was on the phone- and after being ignored by the so called manager, went back to the machine, got it to work and entered the market to shop ...when he was asked to leave the store. Needless to say, we are yet another unhappy customer who will no longer shop at Winn-Dixie ...and would like the owner to be aware that this sorry excuse for a manager is hurting their business

В других сетевых супермаркетах ничего подобного не предлагают. Только разве что обычные акции на товары. Из минусов - очереди. Редко когда работают все кассы.

The place was neat, but the lines were long. There were roughly 4 lanes open, and for it to be the day before the 4th of July that was too little. There was no express checkout, so I had to wait at least 5 minutes to get 2 items. Then the cashier wanted to upgrade me to the Plenti card. Had I know it was going to take so long I wouldnt have done it because the line behind me was a long one. The cashier was nice (dont get me wrong), but Id rather he get guest through the line as oppose to update a rewards card (even if that card was mine).

Moved to South Florida a little more than a year ago this is by far the best Winn Dixie down south I have ever been to .. Remind me of living in Pompano Beach and loving the service up north when I moved south I did not get the same service and because of its I stopped shopping at Winn Dixie for about a year but I found this is Dixie and I was in there for the past month every week

More like LOSE-Dixie. If a man wants frosted oatmeal cookies, youd think a grocery store the size of this place would have them. But they dont, they dont even have the cookie mix to make your own. So you say to yourself "if this place doesnt have oatmeal cookies, what does it have?" But that doesnt matter, you wanted oatmeal cookies, and Dixieland couldnt deliver.

Asked for a fresh bag of chicken wings dropped and got a LOT of hemming and hawing till I requested a manager. She then said its going to be a 40 minute wait. She thought I wasnt going to take them all and they would have surplus. WRONG , a bag fits in their bucket completely.

This is without a doubt, the WORST Winn Dixie ever!!! I work there and I want to tell everyone to stay away from this terrible store!! They dont care about their customers and employees alike. A bagger name Dre is the guy that truly cares and helps out a lot.

Had to wait to purchase product. Only two cashiers open at 8:15am. Front counter was unsatisfactory. One person to handle western union and check out. While another just meandering at the counter. Didnt even try to assist or ask if help was needed.

They want everyone to use the Self Checkout machines, yet never have all 4 working. Their prices are NOT cheaper than Publix. And their customer service is horrible. I have no idea why they are still open.

Now here is one of the most cleanest Winn-Dixie Ive seen in South Florida but like most places customer service is one of the worst ever. A clean store like this one dont makeup for bad customer service.

Horrible costumer service by pharmacy staff. Pharmacy assistant Allan was rude and unprofessional. Called management and wrote them a letter. Dont care what happens next but needed to leave a comment.

Never fails no one ever to help you pack your groceries bag boys evey where yet no helped. Grocery cart full and not one person helped. Very disappointing customer service very lacking.

Pricey with not a great selection. Wal-Mart is just down the street with greater selection and MUCH better pricing. Register clerks were very nice; meat counter guys not so much.

Worst grocery store in Hallandale, used to be really good....but over the past two years...it has gone down the toilet...go across the street to Publix.
