This Safeway was built on the site of an old Albertsons. This is an incredible improvement. At first I was reluctant to pay a visit, I already go to so many different grocery stores but my hubby is a fan so on his urging I came by to check it out. As soon as you walk in the door you cant help but be impressed. Everything looks so bright and new. The deli/ bakery section which is just to the left of the entrance has gleaming wood floors that are the hallmark of the nicer grocery stores. In the deli section they have a pretty good hot bar that costs $6.99 a pound. It has ribs, mac and cheese, vegetables, wings, and Chinese dishes like orange chicken and fried rice. They also have a case offering sushi. Located in the front of the store to the right is a Starbucks. The bakery has an interesting selection of goods with items I havent seen elsewhere. I almost caved today and bought the pistachio muffins which looked so delicious. The aisles are wide and the shelves are fully stocked. In fact I have never seen neater shelves in any other store. Everywhere you look there are employees who want to help you. This Safeway puts my Publix to shame. Everything you could possibly want is here. All of the aisles were decorated with sand chairs, umbrellas, and pool floats which added to the festive look of the store. If I had a Safeway closer to where I live I would pick it over some of my regular grocery stores.

The worst experience ever !!! Ordered groceries to be delivered , was charged and they never showed up . No call no warning nothing . I had to call them , twice and then was told to contact the national customer service hotline . After an hour of being on the phone with them I was told the manager wasnt allowing the delivery to go out because some of the items they said were in stock werent causing my total to fall below the minimum price . NOTE : I WAS STILL CHARGED AND WONT RECIEVE THE REFUND BACK FOR ANOTHER 7-10 business days!!!!!! NOTE: if I hadnt called them I would still be sitting at my house waiting !!!!! Horrible customer service !!!! As a consolation they gave me $12 to use only on their delivery service which is moot considering the fact I would never ever ever try using delivery again!!!! WARNING TO ALL DO NOT USE SAFEWAY DELIVERY!!!

Safeway is by far the best grocery store in this area, hands down! They have a large organic food selection. The store is very organized and clean. They have high end products for a great prices. Everything is displayed beautifully and its all easy to access. They have an app that you can use to save money off certain products. The meat and produce looked fresh. They have a warm food buffet that you can buy food by the pound that is ready to eat. Prices are cheaper than other major grocery chains in the area.The store has a Starbucks in it and a seating area for people to hangout. They offer home delivery. You can see the refrigerated delivery trucks in the parking lot. Lines are short, staff are friendly. 100% recommend if you are tired of rude Publix employees, dont want the Walmart experience and dont want to pay Whole Foods prices!

Best grocery store chain in South Florida. Offers a Publix shopping experience with Walmart prices. They actually keep enough registers open so youre never waiting 10 deep in line. Also, instead of bagging your groceries and then spinning them around in that awful wire rack that mixes your bags up with the next customers, Safeway places your bags on a flat surface that you can rotate electronically by pressing your hip against a padded button as you gather your bags. So much easier and more sensible.

Fantastic produce. Safeways are usually great, I wish there were more around. My only two complaints are that being the only Safeway in the area it doesnt have its own gas station, nor do they sell some Safeway brand products that you can find in Safeway stores where Safeway is prevalent in the area. Its a real bummer that they dont have Safeway brand wheat hamburger buns or Safeway brand Caesar salad dressing which is the best salad dressing in the free world :-)

CARFARTS STINK

All the associates were very friendly with the Exception of the late night cashier. She was in a hurry to get "other customers checked out" as opposed to being patient as i called my cc to authorize out of town transactions. and I had several questions in reference to Safeways app and policies so I could purchase the items I had in my cart. Very pleased but Not so much with her lack of patience..

that store is so desorganised, u have bleach beside eggs, coffee with all condiments - u cannot walk into the aisles with ur cart, no space with all specials in the middle - everything is on sale with yellow tags, so finally u dont know which one is a real good deal - was used to shop at that store, now takes you twice the time to do ur groceries - Safeway where shopping is not a pleasure !

Clean, Renovated store. Good selections. Good produce dept. Beautiful flower dept. The variety of fruits, nuts, organic products and out of country products will surprise you. They have a mini free wifi cafe with seats and tables, right next to a Starbucks. Wells Fargo ATM. Balloons. Fresh hot soups and food. Pharmacy. Very complete store. We were pleasantly surprised when we visited Safeway after they took over this from Albertsons. The redesigned store is clean, well staffed and rearranged with more choices and easy access. also checkouts are well staffed at all times and staff very courteous and helpful. We see much more cars in their parking lot than before so obviously more customers in the new Safeway.

I love Albertsons. They have great sales on meats. The bakery is awesome. I dont shop at Publix anymore! Praise God!!! I actually come home with groceries now! My trunk is full and I spent half of what I was spending before .Where can you buy 85% to 90 % lean ground beef for $3.99 a pound. I have gotten more for my money shopping at Albertsons!!!!

If you like produce, but youd rather not overpay, then this is your store. Not only is it fresh and relatively inexpensive, it is attractively displayed as well. I also get a bit of a nostalgic charge coming here as I have lived in other places where Safeway was THE store to shop at. I like the feeling I get when I walk through the front door...

Fantastic remodel of an old Albertsons. Incredibly convenient that its open till 2 AM every night of the week. Great selection, solid produce department, good prices, always well-stocked. Minor complaint is that the organization of the store is a bit strange, particularly that dairy items arent all in the same part of the store.

Some of the employees racial profile mostly black customers who are shopping and have money. They seem to think that only black people steal. I have seen so many other races of people steal from their store while im shopping and i have even stopped a few. So now I dont go to this location as much as i used to

I love the Starbucks in the front of the store. I love the manager Michelle employee Cheyenne, Ahmad, Diana, Carissa, Gina and the entire staff of the Starbucks I love the store that it offers Organics, I love the cleanliness of the store, customer service is better than its ever been.
