This place is full of homeless people yelling at each other and the store is just filthy!! This place does not seem like a Publix in a fairly decent neighborhood!! Its more like a 7-Eleven in a run down hood neihborhood. I would have left as soon as I walked in but it was very late almost closing time and I needed a few things I had to have for the next morning. I also had asked the cashier to separately bag my meat from my raw produce. I had even gone one step further in protecting my raw veggies from meat blood and had put an extra bag around the meat and tied the bag. The cashier not only put my porkchops on top of my fresh veggies and on top of my tomatoes..she even opened the extra protective bag to scan it and left it open!!! As a medical professional, I recommend you not shop at this Publix.

When you think of Publix, you think of a clean and safe place to shop. This is the worst Publix Ive ever been to. Its very small, not the cleanest and so many homeless people outside always asking for change. The sub and meat area is not "Publix-like". I had to walk away and go to another Publix because the sandwich lady decided to scratch her head since it was itching. I walked away, saying nothing and she yelled asking me why I left. When I told her her response was that she can change her gloves. The only reason why Im not giving them 1 star because the cashiers, baggers and customer service personnel are always very nice. I would recommend you to go the one on Sheridan and US1 if this one is the closest one to you.

This store is the most cramped and disorganized Publix I have ever seen. When I walked in i did know what way to turn to just get away from the checkout isles that were right in front of me. The produce section was the smallest, saddest produce area with the worst quality that I have ever witnessed. The mushrooms were rotten in the packages and everything looked wilted. FYI, I am not against Publix, but I highly recomend driving a little further to avoid this one. -Doug

My favorite Publix... and less than a mile from my home. I, usually, stop in here every other day, or so... and I find the staff to be polite, courteous, and helpful. I would give them 5 stars, but Im not crazy about the exterior of the store (i.e., dirty walkways, transients hanging at the entrances, bad odors near the store). This branch needs to work on, overall, cleanliness and ensuring that patrons feel safe arriving and leaving their facility.

I had the unfortunate occurrence of having my car towed, and went into Publix asking if they knew if any cars had been towed, and they said, "Oh no, we ALWAYS announce if a car is about to be towed, and there hasnt been any today". They did not know of any tow truck numbers, AT ALL. While they had a million signs outside saying their parking was Tow-enforced. Avoid this store. I am very dissatisfied with their customer service and willingness to help.

I think for me as a tourist this was not the right area. It was scar and creepy. I wanted to get the heck out of there but it was the closest super market. Trust the bad reviews dont make the same mistake i did by ignoring them and thinking people were over reacting. There is 10% nice people there and the rest are just pure rude. Especially if your from Europe where all strangers are super nice and smile at each other. This is pure bullshit.

Its convenient and always seems to be well stocked.I always find what i need.Its also a plus to have a redbox movie rental machine in the store.People complain about homeless people nearby but damn give them a break theyre human too.Anyone living in the States should know the economy went downhill since Bush jr. got in office.I also like the fact this Publix is near a bus stop since I ride.

Up for an urban adventure? Head to the Young Circle Publix. Bring lots of change or loose bills, because youre going to be hit up by about a dozen people asking for money. Very small publix, and they try to keep a little of everything but just dont stock a lot of higher end stuff. Def a ghetto publix..Cant wait for the new one to open. Staff tries really hard.

Im forced to shop there because its conveniently within walking distance. Its a terrible grocery store. The employees dont care that you are there, the shelves are poorly stocked, and merchandise is often damaged. The store is magnet for every homeless person in the area, and most of the time you cant walk into the store without being accosted for a handout.

The produce is rotten. I mean white mold rotten and fruit flies. Workers were rude. 4 employees stood talking in the middle of the door way, I had the go around them to get out. Cashier never said thank you or good bye, there was no end of transaction. They have little selection and no one cares. Just move to the area and wont go go back!!!!

The store itself is fine, its the deli department thats lacking. Ordering online is redundant, it takes them almost an hour to complete 1 sub; that is if they actually make it. You order online then you have to remind them that they have an order from online...might as well just take a number and wait, cause your going to eat anyway.

This location is a little smaller than most other Publix, so selection isnt as large. Parking is limited and difficult to find a spot (especially during busy hours). Quality seems comparable to others and service staff was helpful. Its a Publix so its pretty good, but just not as modern as newer, larger locations.

If an adult is posting how unsafe they felt at this location Im assuming theyve either spent their whole life living on a country club in Malibu or they havent left their homes since Reagan was in office. This publix is in the middle of a crowded, brightly lit area with dozens of stores and restaurants.

While Publix is not cheap, they have a ton of BOGO sales all the time and their publix brand food is always great!! Not sure a year ago about those reviews but you cant go in the store without being greated by numerous employees checking up to make sure your finding everything. Love my local publix!!

Super tiny Publix. Most of their departments are about half, or less, the size of general Publix. The deli counter takes forever. The employees dont listen to what youre asking for. The store itself is a bit dirty and crowded. Homeless people dont really bug me, but there are a lot of them here.

Large grocery chain that I dont know that much about. Visited this store and a few others while in South Florida. They sell the standard American processed foods with low cost being the quality of what they present as fresh (meats, fruits and vegetables, etc.) Reminded me of Safeway.
