Every time I go to this GE I have to bag my own groceries. I really dont even mind so much, but today my 10 year old was helping me bag them and when I had to stop bagging to pay, the cashier just stood there and watched as I paid and my kid bagged and didnt lift a finger to help until the very end she filled one bag. Then she gave me my receipt and began ringing up the next customer and sending items down the conveyer belt while many of my bags were still there. She also gave me my total never asking for my advantage card and seemed annoyed when I presented it to her. Very frustrating.

Used the self check out later at night since there was only 2 registers open, busy and I had coupons... The self check out kind of messed up a little but there was a manager I believe his name was Patrick.. Very friendly Very nice and helpful. He was in a conversation and stopped each time without me having to ask to assist me with a smile on his face, most managers would roll their eyes and act like im bothering them. It was the most pleasant experience Ive had in awhile.. I will be back to this one vs. other ones in the area!

The employees are always too busy chatting to help you. If you ever have a problem when using the self-scan lane they are VERY bothered by this and give you attitude when they finally decide to approach you to help. This is consistently my experience at this Giant Eagle location... however, the Market District a few miles away has always been a much more pleasant experience.

Busy location, finding parking can be a task but they have a big food selection. They also have a small selection of beer and wine but their wine selection didnt pique my interest. They could open a few more registers but either way, I would return to this location.

I always go to this store because its close to my house but now I dont like the way they reorganized everything. Nothing is where it used to be. I also hope they start repairing the parking lot soon. Im afraid Im going to pop a tire in the huge potholes.

Very expensive plus they keep shifting product around in the store to make customers spend more time looking, in the hope that itll maximize profit with additional spur of the moment purchases. So get ready for the poorly categorized maze.

Fuel Perks, they stock pretty much everything I want and if I cant get it there AMAZON will 2nd day air it to me. Park close to Rt.88 as the parking lot is filled to the Max unless you go at 1-4AM. Park far and walk in. One stop shop.

One of the Best Giant Eagles around huge selection of grocery and great meat department. They also have a large salad bar and hot food booths ready to order i recommend their pizza and also pepperoni rolls are excellent choices.

Keep redecorating store. What used to take a short time nowtakes double because i cant find anything.Gail Turney in the deli has been extremely helpful telling me where to find items while.im getting my lunchmeat

This store used to be nice but. Now it is overpriced and most of the employees dont care about helping customers. In addition they are remodeling and even the employees dont know where things are being moved to.

Great store to get what you need. Whether you have a lot of shopping to do or you need to get in and out. Parking lot is kind of a hassle.
