Initially I was going to write a bad review because of the rudeness of assistant manager Bart, but in the end the women at the customer service desk was excellent. She was very friendly and helpful to a family member and I really appreciate that. Her excellent customer service (the woman at the service desk)Is a great representation of a fisher heights employee. She was great as most of the employees there are !" Bart not so much, he gets negative -5 star"!

Its not a bad Giant Eagle, but it is odd in that it is co-branded with the original owners last name. Its definitely an old fashioned building, but the inside is stocked with normal Giant Eagle goods. Nice produce area. No self checkouts and they can be slow at times. For the most part, friendly. The worst area in the store is the service deli. Apathetic, slow and antiquated check out procedures in that area.

Terrible customer service. Especially in the deli. Those people are so miserable. They dont greet you. They dont smile. They dont care about customer service. I dont base this on one visit. I live two minutes down the road and have to go in there every week. And have been checked out by many different people. They all look like they hate their job and only want to take you down with them.

Really nice selection and staff except produce is not well looked after. I think in order to keep spots looking full they will leave rotting vegetables in their spot rather than take them out. The other day I picked up an heirloom tomato and moldy dust sprang up in the air... Nasty. I also notice that inventory is hit or miss. I can go weeks without seeing something replenished.

I pass this place on my route to and from the gym so its very convenient for their pharmacy and to pick up a few things to throw a quick lunch or dinner together. Its a bit more pricey than some other nearby supermarkets, and there is quite a bit of construction happening on the road by the entrance, but like I said... convenient.

Very clean store, friendly staff. The produce is always great as well. Many things are out of stock on a constant basis and the parking lot is a pain. The pharmacy is great and refill your prescriptions on time with hardly any wait. Lines can be long if you go at popular times, but are never unbearable.

This particular visit was a disappointing one... Cashier was more worried about what was happening at customer service desk and I needed to buy something she would have needed to get from customer service desk and I didnt even bother because of how long it took her to ring up my 10 items

If you use the mens room disinfect yourself after use stinks always dirty never been scrubbed down good hope the cooking and baking areas are cleaned better mgr Randy will disagree with customer everybody else is cool rest of store looks good
