As far as foodlions go, this place is top notch. Im not sure who cleans the bathrooms at 6:55 pm on Saturdays, March 19th to be exact, but theyre humble, articulate and respectful. They deserve a raise and should not just be doing a kickass job of cleaning bathrooms

Food Lion is a great store. What first attracted me to Food Lion was its meats. There is a good variety and it is fresh. For ethnic cooking you can always find what you need. I think that it is the most popular grocery store in the neighborhood .

I asked the meat/bakery counter for a donation of buckets for my Girl Scout troop, and they very kindly collected several for us. The staff is super friendly - this feels like a family place!
