I love that the Wexford Whole Foods is a pick up location for Clarion River Organics CSA. I appreciate that they are regularly stocked with local organic milk and often stock Clarion River Organics produce and other locally sourced foods. I have had some frustrations with the prepared foods section of the store when employees tell me that they can not help me because the station (example sandwich making station) is closed, or the wait for a pizza is too long and I should "look on the wall for something". The items they offer "on the wall" do not appeal. The self serve salad bar is amazing and the self serve hot bar sometimes has palatable foods. Parking is ample and I appreciate the wide carts and wide aisles, but the check out lanes are disproportionally short! It is always a scramble to check out. I would prefer fewer lanes and longer belts! There is ample seating for eating in the store but the blowers near the doors are tremendously loud. Outdoor seating is appreciated!

We came here yesterday, the pizza is good and a fair price since they gave us plenty of toppings. The chicken noodle soup is good too, the cookie bar is also delicious however I havent had much luck with the cupcakes. Everytime they are dry and a bit dense. I would return them but I cant because I drive 50 minutes away to come here to get my lotion. They also raised the price on alot of the baked goods which is disappointing because they were already expensive. 1 cupcake is 3$ and they still put all the junk in them that u find at a normal grocery store and theyre not very good as Ive said. They useto be 2.50! But the people are nice and theres a very large selection. 4 stars for the price raises and mediocre cupcakes and bread

I was so excited when Whole Foods was coming to the North Hills. I was used to the excellent food shopping experience from the East Liberty store. Unfortunately, when I was there on Saturday, November 30, 2013, I found the store lacking in many areas. Fresh greens were looking very shabby, there were only soiled spoons in the bulk spice area and when I checked out (I brought my own bag), the cashier proceeded to ignore my bag and pack my seven small items in to two paper store bags. When I asked her to use my bag, she just plopped the two in my bag. What is the point? There are many choices in the North Hills and Whole Foods is a very disappointing choice, especially with the prices they charge.

Love this place when they have what I need but they are constantly out of the items we usually get. Coffee Creamer (Organic Valley Soy vanilla creamer), Tuscan bread, ect. There arent many good vegan coffee creamers out there, and sure it may be popular, But keep up with your ordering if you know it will sell fast! We shop at this whole foods because we like the variety of vegan and organic options but its becoming an inconvenience to drive 25 minutes only to be disappointed. Also, We have bought rotten avocado and pomegranates, very disappointing when you pay more to get organic food and it turns out gross.

Great experience. Helpful employees and a friendly atmosphere. A really good place to get organic items not stocked in our regular grocery store. It is a bit of a trek from over here in Beaver County, so we only shop here every couple of months! We also are happy that they take #5 plastic recyclables (our recycling only takes #1 -2 plastics) Since we eat a lot of yogurt we have quite a bit! Good job!

Im happy with the store but the hot foods area is inconsistent Undercooked potatoes and beans happen a lot. NObody cares or changes even after complaints I s aw small children reaching into hot food bar. There should be signs that people shorter than the sneeze guard should not enter that area. Its a contaminant !

This a nice branch, and the more spacious of the two in Pittsburgh. They have more parking (with electric car charging spots), and a bottle shop and cafe attached as well. The store itself has bulk spices and dry goods. Prices are high, and everything is the same quality you would expect from Whole Foods.

One of my friends mentioned about this store to me. I was totally amazed by the wide variety of goods they carried. All fresh and organic. They also have a food counter which has delicious cuisine at affordable rates. Im totally switching my grocery store preference to here from now on.

This store is fantastic. Friendly staff, big open layout, pizza, sandwich station, prepared foods, beer to go, a pub complete with food menu, fresh beautiful produce, sushi, coffee made to order, and a marvelous bakery. I could easily spend hours here checking everything out!

A grocery store full of fresh food, specialty items, vegan options, vegetarian options and gluten free items...there are no unhealthy options/brands like you would find art any other grocery store, and thats ok. DO expect to wait in line, and DO elect to pay a little more.

Beautiful store and great people working there. Very nice salad bar and prepared foods selection. But its very expensive. With Aldi and now Trader Joes nearby, it has become my last resort for shopping.

I like this place because they have the best fresh vegetables and fruits in the area. Also you dont need to buy dry fruits, coffee, nuts or spices in bulk. Take how much ever you want!!

The store is huge and much larger than the store in the east end. Their bulk section is noticeably bigger, they have a beer store and the there are a lot more prepared food options.

Their produce, fresh seafood, meats, and bakery are all awesome! I especially love the candied salmon, curried chicken salad, and Vegan date scones!

Too expensive for most folks, too much focus on trendy high-end convenience foods that arent necessarily healthier - they are just more expensive.

Its a great, small, friendly Whole Foods that has everything you need. Plus the bottleshop and pub is the best place in the area to get craft beer.

Electric vehicle charging spots are not reserved and are frequently taken by ICE vehicles. The chargers rarely even work when you use them anyways

Great atmosphere at the store and all of the employees are super helpful when looking for more peculiar options. Hot bar/salad bar food is great!
