Personally, I dont like the way this Giant Eagle is organized. A large number of the items are located in the international aisles, where they are broken up by country, rather than category. That doesnt make sense in a world where there are staples from every country mixed together on a regular basis. I shouldnt have to look at my list and guess whether the item is considered regular or international, and then guess which country it is most associated with (sometimes it is not obvious). On the plus side, I just noticed theres a dry cleaner built in to the front part of the store. Ive been taking my dry cleaning across the bridge to Squirrel Hill for moths, which was a real pain. Now I know. (P.S. The placemarker is in the right place now, so dont mind that other review).

Its not bad, but its not great either. Stock seems to be okay. Prices here on certain items are more expensive than other local G.E.s Havent dealt with any rude workers. Though there is a lack of knowledgeable employees in certain departments. There are 3 Giant Eagles in a 2mile radius from me. This store is only on my list if I need to shop at neighboring stores. Traffic can be a b****

The Giant Eagle at Homestead Waterfront is far superior to the one in McKeesport. It is bigger, newer, and has greater selection. Many things are for more sophisticated tastes and incomes. The place is a joy to shop. I am withholding one star because the prices are obscene for groceries everywhere and getting worse.

Incompetent ignorant lack of experience. Lack of managers at times of the working mans hours. Customer service isnt very serviceable I must say if I could give a Lac of stars I would everytime I enter this location its nothing but a bad experience.

Countless times now I have bought steaks and within 2 days they have turned. I have bought onions that looked good on the outside but spoiled rotten on the inside. I am done going here. I will drive out of my way to grocery shopping here.

Almost always very crowded. I go 4-5 times a week, and almost always use self-checkout, because the other lines are too long. They do have a good selection compared to other grocery stores, so I dont mind that theyre pricey.

Large, generally clean supermarket. That said theres lots of little things I find lacking: theres almost never twist ties in produce, rarely do they have baggers, etc, etc.

Very huge with a cafeteria on the right corner of the entrance. and it has a lot of items ,also pharmacy.we can used free Giant Eagle card to get offers and save money.

This is a pretty huge Giant Eagle. Lots and lots of stuff. I can get pretty busy though so Id watch out for when you go and the store can be a little hard to navigate.

They have an area that sells beer.They also sell coffee.When you go in,they have you park your cart just beyound a barrier.Employees have repeatedly moved my cart.
