Nasty people who work there. The prices are way out of line. And the store itself is old and hard to navigate. the deli is extremely over priced and the products seem old. I bought sliced ham off the bone once it was slimy and smelled bad. I took it back where the service desk gave me a hard time because I told them I thought it was spoiled. The manager even tried to explain to me how thats impossible. I told him to eat it then if he was so sure. The look on his face when he smelled it was priceless. So that about sums up why I will be doing my shopping else where. As much as I dislike wal mart for the way they treat employees and there low wages. I never had am experience close to this there

I personally think this Giant Eagle needs to be taken over by Giant Eagle Corp and be made into a Market District. Most of the cashiers are very unfriendly. They for some reason have you pay for gift cards separate from your other items. I asked why? Nobody had a reason or excuse. I have seen many Giant Eagles both corporate and non corporate and never had these experiences I have had at this Giant Eagle. I would drive further for a more pleasant shopping experience. Not to mention its an old school store that needs plenty of upgrades and better attitudes working there.

I have had two bad experiences with the dry cleaners in this Giant Eagle. One time my favorite sweater got thrown on the floor next to the wall. I just happened to see it. It was just a wonder it didnt get thrown away. So here I am again, waiting to see if I will actually get my sweaters and one dress back. It seems like nobody knows what the others are doing. Im starting to think about going to a new dry cleaners.

This is not our regular giant eagle but the service far exceeds our regular one. They have many more registers open with baggers on everyone making checkout faster with shorter lines. The store is neat, clean and well stocked. The employees are friendly and helpful.

This is the better of the 2 Butler Giant Eagles. However, the owners havent spent much on improvements over the 15 years Ive lived here. Wish theyd demolish the Clearview store and build a Market District!

Its a store, and its in Butler. What can you expect from a store, in Butler. You can expect products more expensive than Wal-Mart (just up the rode) and a grumpy employee checking out whatever you got.

You pay through the nose for the privilege of being treated badly. When a price was incorrect, I even had a cashier argue with me. I stopped going long ago.

Decent grocery store. Very outdated and overpriced though. I think they only thing that keeps people coming back is the fuel perks.

Not the cleaniest store. I went in for two items and both were sold out. It is on the small side for a typical Giant Eagle.
