Worst customer service Ive experienced in this area. Had a return with no receipt and the woman behind the counter was so rude to me and wouldnt accept my item back. Fine, no return, but I couldnt believe the attitude! Then when I came back the next day for another return, she was walking by and told the woman behind the desk to not refund me my money, even when she didnt know what I was returning! I was so enraged I almost called the manager over. She didnt know me at all, but she treated me like absolute crap. She is an older woman, upper 40s, brown hair with glasses. Biggest jerk Ive ever dealt with. Hate going to this place because of her.

I agree with the comment about the sushi dept. It used to be the best around but they changed the way the sushi is made for some reason. The fish is now ground and mixed with other things before it is made into a roll whereas befoe they put a chunk of salmon or tuna or crab meat, etc. Im disappointed in the change. But, I have to say the hoagie dept is to die for! Dont change a single thing about the way those are made!!!

I like shopping at this Giant Eagle. It feels like a great place, and clean. The selections are great and it feels like the food is always fresh kept in good quality. The cashiers and customer service team are friendly and talkative. The only bad thing about this place is the fact that it gets very busy and they dont keep enough registers open and the lines can really build up when checking out.

I would normally give them a 5 star rating as they are among the best in PA, but they recently decided to do away with their Eagles Nest program. It was always so nice to be able to drop my daughter off and let her play with other kids in a controlled environment while I shopped with one less distraction. I will still use them for the majority of my grocer needs.

The quality of Giant Eagle seems to be dropping while the prices keep increasing. Often I get poor quality produce, or cannot find the item I am looking for at all. Most of the staff are young kids who are not helpful either. I used to do all my shopping at Giant Eagle but now I try and avoid it for a place with better prices and better quality.

I was visiting Pittsburgh about a year ago,and stopped in this store. I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly.I had a hard time finding the paper towels until a very helpful employee pointed them out to me. I think she might of been a manager. Then when I went to the checkout,the cashier was very friendly and made good eye contact.

I gave it a 4 star rating for customer service by the nice cashiers. The crazy organization of the store is only worth 2 stars. It just doesnt have a clean flow to the design. Its great they have weekly deals that are affordable. Sometimes I can find an item cheaper somewhere else.

This is a "Market District" giant eagle, so it has a larger variety of products and they sell beer and wine! Its always clean and tidy. They usually always have a good cashier to customer ratio so the waits arent too long (unless you get stuck behind an extreme couponer, lol)

Since they rearranged the place I only go there when I absolutely have to, its a chaotic design and I can never find anything. I have no comfort level in this store, used to be my favorite place to shop because I knew where everything was, now I drive to Brentwood

UPDATE! The Sushi department use to be AMAZING! Not so much anymore, we use to special order trays every other week. Now theres no love in it, dry, just not as good. Bring Lee back please. The pharmacy has always been helpful also nice employees.

I love this Giant Eagle, its nice, has great selections, and they are great to my kids with their "cookie cards" in both the deli and bakery! The men at the sushi bar are awsome and helped me pick the perfect selections! (Shaggy Dog Roll!!)

I hate to say this but it is too large. I had difficulty finding everything I needed. Also a lot of merchandise is illogically shelved. For example, potatoe chips are with candy, pretzels are in another aisle.

the store is very confusing...no real sense to the layout...and the cashiers we letting people with many more items go through the express...the guy in front of me had over $200 in groceries...in the express.

Years ago this place was great now their prices are rising higher and higher Id suggest to everyone to shop elsewhere like Aldis samsclub or Walmart. Just dont buy fruit from Walmart it spoils quickly

People there were rude... I couldnt find anything easily... Cashier handled the flowers I bought roughly and I ended up losing most of them because they were broken...

Stood in the check out line for 20 minutes because not enough registers were open. Bag boys would be nice as I bagged my own to help the cashier move us along faster.

I love this store. I actually pass two other giant eagle storess to come here, but they have to do something with the ladies room. It always smells like a latrine.

Its a big Giant Eagle. It has all the amenities you would expect - prepared food, a pharmacy, and a place where you can buy small quantities of beer and wine.

This seems to be a smaller store than I am used to, if possible shopping at the one in Homestead PA at the waterfront is the best.

The vegetables are not as fresh as I have seen in other stores but they do have a good organic selection. Items are a bit pricey.
