I frequent this store because of its convenient location and great prices for hot lunches. In the past, the quality of the food was really good. However, I have experienced a decrease in the quality of the food over the past several months. The food has not been hot or even warm on many of my most recent visits and tastes like it has been possibly reheated for several days in a row before I had the opportunity to purchase it. I also have had other items I purchase at the same time ruined as the hot food containers tipped when bagged almost every time with some of the contents leaked into the bag and every cashier and bagger insists on placing all items in the same bag as my lunch, no matter what I purchase. I guess people in general dont really put any thought into the fact that chocolate wrapped in paper will melt when placed into a bag with hot items and will also absorb any spilled liquid in the bag leaving it tasting nasty. At any rate, I would suggest finding an alternative for an affordable lunch at this rate.

Really is was told I couldnt get a hot steak sub today by a very rude individual working the sandwich counter.... we are a grocery store people and were all out of steak ha ha and the meats are falling off the shelves around the corner. Looks like this Publix has about 6 to many people standing behind the counter getting paid to be rude to customers instead of doing their job. I wont be back and only regret not getting the specific name of the individual but plenty of cameras Im sure Publix can see the handful of them behind counter where they are supposed to make sandwiches that are clearly listed available just wasting time if they care theyll need to change.

I was told by a family member that the Publix Greenwise in Gardens had freshly made jerk chicken every Wednesday for lunch. Considering jerk chicken is one of my favorites, I tried it and was blown away not only by how awsome the chicken is but that the guy (dont know his name yet) makes his own personal recipe! Ive had many different jerk recipes from carribbean restaurants in our area but none as great as this. Im really impressed that Publix Greenwise has someone so fantastic...and I feel like Im giving away a secret because if you dont get their early or call ahead for an order, then you are out of LUCK!!! A must try if you love spicy jerk chicken!

Wedding Cake We got our wedding cake from the GreenWise Publix in PBG (Jan 2016). Donna & Joanne work well as a team and made the process fun & easy. I prefer to use email & they were very responsive. We ordered a 3 tiered cake with buttercream frosting. It was delivered to the venue and looked great. Even better than its appearance - the cake was delicious. The guests loved it (the cake was one of my grandmothers favorite memories from the reception). The price was very reasonable/inexpensive compared to other cake shops. Thank you:)

My favorite one mostly because of the upstair seating my favorite place to study quiet clean and i have have my lunch or even meet up with friends i highly recommend even if you have to drive its worth it this 8a perfect for lunch date 1 st date very open and public or if u have grand parents who are very slow eaters or hard of hearing they will be comfortable they even have a reading area with books

Horrible. They use plastic bags. Even Trader Joes doesnt use plastic. I am thrown by the misleading-ness of this market. Greenwise?? It goes without saying that plastic bags are NOT GREEN! There is a vast garbage mound in the Pacific Ocean of- plastic bags!! Please stop using plastic and switch to paper or another environmentally sound option.

Publix Greenwise is the place we have chosen to shop at since their opening, now a number of years. The personnel at the store make us feel very much at home, they greet us, they make sure we are finding all we came for and even know what day of the week we shop. We feel welcome, relaxed and well attended at this store. You should go!

Love shopping here! Everybody who works here will go out of their way to be kind, courteous, and helpful. The baggers always ask if you would like them to help you with your groceries(at other Publix locations you have to ask them to help you!) This is by far the best Publix in all of Palm Beach County :-)

Just awful customer service yesterday at the deli and at the customer service checkout. These people should not be allowed to deal with the PUBLIC.I will never drive out of my way to shop at this Green Wise again. This is not the vision Mr.George W. Jenkins had for his stores!

Wide selection of healthy food that carries a different atmosphere than your typical publix. Staff is helpful. I usually frequent this place on my lunch breaks due to the wide selection of hot foods and the air conditioned patio above the deli station. Store is always clean.

Greenwise is my "go to" store. Simple to get around, all sections well staffed and knowledgable, all employees from managers to baggers are extremely courteous and helpful, and product selection top notch. It makes going to the grocery store much less of a chore!!!

Naw Ive never had a bad experience here, and I havent seen even a sliver of rudeness from anyone here. Best produce around and the produce manager is patient, hospitable and knowledgeable about his inventory. Best produce source around but at a very premium price.

The store is in a great location, the selection is wonderful, however the staff should not be working at Publix, I have always shopped at Publix and these are some of the nastier cashiers, not friendly at all and dont bother asking a question.

This is a really nice Publix. It has a lot of organic foods, prepared foods, and a great area to sit and eat upstairs. It is a bit smaller than a standard Publix and does not have all of the foods a standard Publix does.

Worst customer service ever! I have given then many chances to redeem them self and Im always let down. Any normal publixs and the customer service is great. This one is terrible, I dont understand why they dont fix it
