Run as far away from Furniture Gallery as you can get. Owner does not stand by his word. I paid up front for a living room set (Reclining couch, loves seat and recliner), waited over a month for delivery, upon setup, noted a cut( looks like a box cutter was used to remove plastic packaging)to the back of the couch and scratches to the side of the couch where they laid it up on its side. Owner states he will order a new one, but I can use this one until it comes in. After another month, I call and they have me wait 6 weeks. I call, and now he needs numbers off the couch but the numbers happen to be missing (hmm). I call back, he answers but pretends its not him. After a couple of weeks, I stop into the store and ask for a damage credit because I know at this time, hes not going to get me another couch. He says hell contact me after the holidays and bring a kit to fix the leather. January 13, 2016. No call from owner. No money returned. I will never buy another piece of crap from this man. STAY AWAY!!!!

Bought a new mattress here, Better Homes and Gardens. Did not hold up. Had 2+ inch deep cavities where my wife and I slept with a large hump between us. Kept contacting them over 6 month period with promises to correct, finally contacted BBB and only then did they respond. Finally got mattress replaced, but again having problems and getting same no response from store that got first time around. Have bought furniture here for over 30 years, with approximately 3/4 of home furnished thru this store. First time ever needed customer service and after this ordeal will not go back. Yes they are slow, too, about getting product. Bought Mattress in Feb.-09, delivered last of May-09, finally replaced Jan.-2010. Still waiting on store to respond to last complaint

Would not fix our daughters $1000 bed. Accused us of abuse. After months, I confronted Mr. Wall who was EXTREMELY RUDE and told me to leave the store when I demanded our warranty work to be done. He never fixed the bed. I ended up spending my time and effort fixing it myself, and thats when I discovered just how cheaply made it was. The wood is very, very soft, and the screws are tiny. Its a miracle the thing held together the six months it did. I redid every screw in it with longer screws and added real wood (instead of that pressed junk) to make it hold together. I wrote a letter to the BBB in Lexington and they have it on file and online if you want to read. Its not pretty. This place is horrible.

I would say strong "NO" for this store, this store manager manager Mr Simon is very rude, he is the worst sales manager I ever saw who doesnt understand how valuable a customer is and how to treat them, they do not accept returns. I bought a 3 seat leather Sofa, I paid the entire amount on the same day, In the evening I changed my mind to buy the same sofa with recliner, he took this as an opportunity and told me either take the originally ordered sofa or pay $300 more for the one with recliner which was originally only $180 more, I was cheated but could not do anything except to accept it.

Our family tried to buy beds at this store. They said they would be delivered in two weeks. It has been three months and the delivery date has been pushed back over and over. Now they have pushed it back another month and they will not refund the money. The bed is desperately needed. The Better Business Bureau will not deal with these people because of all the complaints. The Attorney General has also been contacted concerning this business. STAY AWAY!

Theyre probably closed now.. but we bought a great leather sofa and love seat for a decent price, however when we picked up 2weeks layer they wreeked of cigarette smoke. Months later we are still trying to get the odor out of our sofas...

I had a great experience here. They were having a Going Out Of Business Sale and I got a California King, Two Couches, and two bed frames for a great price. John the sales man was very helpful.
