Ive been here repeatedly and I always love going back. The staff are helpful and Ive been able to engage them in book conversation, asking questions about book recommendations, if any, to potential upcoming events related to specific books and releases. I once needed help trying to decide between two Star Wars figures for a friends gift, and the man that I engaged asked me some questions in their regard which later allowed me to choose the one that my friend afterward received with a screech and holler of joy. Pure positivity in this place. I love it!

This B&N location is larger than the one in North Mcallen and just like its sister store it is always clean and organized. The staff are very helpful and courteous. The ability to purchase a book online is convenient, but there is nothing quite like being able to physically hold a book in your hands and turn the pages. The coffee shop here is also great with excellent service. There are many other options for food and shopping after leaving this location.

The location is great if your looking for a place to recollect yourself if youve gone shopping around the convention center. The staff are great and the selection is great at this store. There is plenty of sitting areas, however the location is really popular with the high school kids so at times it does get really crowded after school hours and during the weekdays. If large crowds arent your thing then I highly recommend going before schools let out.

Computer shows book Im looking for in stock, so I head on over where it should be. After a few minutes of not being able to find it myself I go look for some help. Well, asking the wall wouldve been equally as helpful as the employee I asked. After I explain I couldnt find the book where its supposed to be, he points back to where I came from and says the same thing I already knew and goes back to stocking lol. Walked out empty handed.

Sales associates are always picking up books. Everything is organized. The red sticker items could be tagged with their price, but that would be a plus. The Starbucks inside is not franchised, meaning they do not accept Starbucks gift cards. The Starbucks staff are the some of the best I have seen - knowledgeable and kind. Has its fair share of Sharyland teenagers. Earphones recommended.

Love this store! DISSAPPOINTED in how this location is the only one closest to anyone in brownsville, harlingen, weslaco area. They need to build more because walmart is not a bookstore and i dont want to travel 1hr to get to a Barnes and Noble. Again for this store, its superb. Just hate the limited locations.

I loved it because this is the first Barnes and Nobles that Ive been to in Texas that hold activities for both adults and children. I saw a lot of books on sale sadly we couldnt buy but books under 6 manga even seemed pretty much up to date. There were also multiple areas for kids to play or read books.

I usually go and look for things on my own. Today, I couldnt find the book I needed so I walked over to customer service. In the time I was there a line of about 8 people formed behind me. The worker was rude and sarcastic and didnt want to help. I left. I guess Ill be ordering the book online.

the kids area is a mess !! books and toys in the floor, parents leave their kids here and don´t care if the little demons destroy the place !! its sad.. the staff needs to do something about it !!
