I went in for a specific item only their store had. When I found it, it was damaged and looked unsightly. After asking if there was any way to damage the item out because I wanted to buy it, he told me to go to another store across austin!!! Then I asked nicely if they could damage it out what would it be, he said 5 percent! 5 percent?! I was confused and asked why and he just said bluntly to my face with an attitude, "itll sell at full price even though its damaged". I dont know why he wanted to have an attitude with me since its damaged and looked like the book had been folded in half, but I know I wont be going back there any time soon.

I really want to give this place a 5-star rating simply because theres fewer bookstores to go these days. This B&N has been around for a long time and I think it is still generating enough business to support itself. I like the staff as they will stop and listen and try their best to help you. A kids section is a favorite for parents of toddlers to sit down and watch their kids playing train set for a while. The Starbucks inside is as good as any other Starbuck.

Barnes and Noble is a great place to go if you are looking for any kind of book, cd, or dvd. They have everything! The workers there are very helpful and are always willing to help. There is also a convenient starbucks in the store which is great to sit down, enjoy a drink, and read a book or work on anything. If you are looking for a soothing place to sit down and read a book this is the place for you!

Went here to buy a book (an actual real paper book). It was for my daughter. But we attended the story time while there. It was a good activity for my youngest and my oldest wasnt to overly bored as well. The staff were friendly enough and the store was well maintained. If I need to buy another book and Im in the mood to actually see it before I would go here again.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! If your ideal setting is being surrounded by bratty kids and loud staff members, youll fit right in! Theres hardly ever available seats, and the noise level is completely intolerable. Mainly, the staff in the coffee area think that its ok to be louder than everyone in the entire shopping mall!! BEWARE!

Nice, big bookstore! A lot of variety and theyll order anything for you they dont have in stock. I often order my own books online, but its nice to go to an actual bookstore now and then to browse and relax. And a public restroom is available. Tip: do a Google search to see if there are any in-store coupons before coming in!

There is certainly something for everyone at this store. Wide selection that caters for all ages. The great part is it encourages our kids to read and be part of the reading movement. I like the way they have also diversified into gifts, toys and collectables as it makes the hopping experience all the more interesting.

LESLIE PINKOWSKI provided me with the rudest, most unpleasant experience I have ever had. I had to return a book, she brushed me off, said that "they cant do anything for me" and made no attempt to hear my situation. LESLIE PINKOWSKI is the reason I will never return to any Barnes and Noble again.

This Barnes & Noble has wifi, coffee, and great staff. The staff always knows where the books that I need are and there are also a nice assortment of products which make good gifts. The only reason I take away a star is that the prices are almost always high and Amazon is almost always cheaper.

The customer service here is HORRIBLE. I bought a book HD Plus at another store, as they were "out" here. I tried to exchange it when it was obviously faulty. Instead of them having it brought here, they expected me to drive 39 miles round trip to get another one !!!!#!

I love to go to Barnes and Noble for any type of book. They have many options such as kids,mystery, and cooking. The service is very good, they will help you find anything you need. The Starbucks bistro is very convenient. I love how you can easily find any book you need.

WORST customer service here! The guy kept chit chatting with another worker and not checking anyone out. When he finally called us forward, he was highly distracted the whole time when checking out our few items. What should have taken 3 mins, took forever!

All Barnes & Nobles are essentially the same, and this one is no exception. The staff is friendly, the selection is always nice, and its always nice to go in for peace and quiet and enjoy some of the games, and books of course, they have available.

my kids absolutely love the train table here. and there are some awesome japanese imports; action figures, totoro mugs, plushie pokeballs and more! plus nooks and all the other regular fare.
