I frequently shop at Festival Foods because of their excellent quality and friendly staff, despite the high prices to feed my family of five. However, yesterday I experienced a rude cashier. She never said "hello" or "did you find everything ok" like usual. In fact, she never said a word to me until she told me what my total bill ($286.00) was, which was not followed by a please or anything. When I told her I had coupons, she snatched them from my hand and rolled her eyes. Ive never experienced an attitude like this at Festival Foods, its really too bad. Good Customer service is very hard to find, unfortunately, but a suggestion to Festival Foods management would be to increase the supervision of employees customer service skills as well as their overall attitudes.

I shopped at the SUAMICO store. Where are the cashiers!!!???? Only two lanes open and they expected almost everyone to use SELF Checkouts. Some people believe in keeping Jobs in the USA. Why are they promoting Computers instead of hiring employees??? Very Sad!!!! I waited 20+ minutes to get checked out!!! They dont care about theor customers!!! If you want help you will not find it here!!!

Prices are getting too high. Do not like the deli with the meals no variety anymore. Had more to pick from. Meals packaged are always the same. When they have good things in the deli that you like than they get rid of them. Not happy shopping get at festival foods anymore. Looking for another place to shop. Want more variety and lower prices!!!!

Moderate to good selection of good items, extensive hot and cold deli items, the tot-spot is a godsend, but prices are a little higher than usual, and their love of plastic bags isnt my style.

Pricing is to high on many products that other stores with the same product have for much less and are very close by. Produce department is always good as well as the deli, meat and seafood.

Loyalty comes with a price and the fact that the guy grabbing the carts always acknowledges me while beeing in -10 weather speaks wonders about this festival.

Cashier was very friendly, great meat department, excellent deli. Only thing I didnt like was this store seems dirtier than the others. Otherwise great store.
