Precook food is pretty good. Pho used to be pretty good, but I recently I experience some bad meatballs in my pho. It taste and smells like meat balls that is left in the freezer for years with freezer burn. I also noticed the pho and meat amount has been reduced too. I dont mind spend a little more, but the quality and quantity of food have to match the price. My recommendation is always taste a sample of whatever you cook before selling it to the customer. Also weight your food so every dish can be consistent every time. For example: the container for the shrimp can be packed tight for more shrimps or packed loosely for less shrimp, but yet you have the costumers pay the same price. If you sell by weight you have to weight it. If by quantity then you have to count, but not by volume because its not accurate. Dont look as a negative, it is meant to help the store improve so I can keep coming back to good quality food and services. Just try to be as fair as possible.

Their pho is very decent. Its actually quite flavorful and you definitely get a good portion of noodles. They are pretty good at putting out your orders in a timely manner as well. However, the amount of meat in their pho has been reduced slowly but surely. Sometimes youll get a tiny portion of beef tripe and other times you wouldnt get any at all. From our experiences theres no point in ordering the seafood combo for $1 more as the amount of beef is greatly reduced and other than a few small pieces of imitation crab, you dont get seafood.

Waitress and cook seem to always be in a bad mood, especially when I order. It feels like its my fault that I order the food. The old lady cashier is grumpy and not nice. It feels like they dont care mainly because theyre the biggest store there. Theres 2 more other Asian stores in that same block. The precook or all-day heated food is ok. A bit on the greasy and salty side. The sticky rice is lazily made. The drinks and products are a bit overpriced.

WTH kind of service is this?? Freakin ridiculous!!! Stop by for some hot food since its not my town. This lady in the back has NO Customer services. Hmong sausage were nasty and look like its been there for months. Ask for spoons and she left to the back never came back. J Muag raum. Service your customer right. Never again going there..

Hours listed on door for Wednesday, 8:30 am-7 pm. Tell me why then, when I got there at 5:15 pm, it was closed!! I drove across town to this store, yet it was closed before its regular hours, not even posting a sign telling why! Horrible service! Never stopping here again. Woodmans will be getting my money!

Best authentic Asian supermarket around. Selection of fresh fruits and vegetables is awesome with a huge selection of frozen fish and meats. Love to walk around and look at all the unique foods. The take out is super yummy. There is always someone there that speaks English.

Love the food& service, people who talk bad are just completely blind, theres a ring bell for you to ring for the lady in the back room, if you talk or act nicely maybe the main owner will be nice, they cant help it if they look mean, its how they look daily.
