Terrible manager! Seriously, the guy was terrible. First, his employees were smoking directly in front of the store. I had to walk through the cloud of smoke just to get in. Once inside, nobody would help me and I spent 30 minutes looking for what I needed before giving up. You know how many people tried to help me during that 30 minutes? NOBODY! Oh, and when I did talk to the manager... you guessed it. RUDE! Didnt help, just passed me along to someone else who had no idea where things were. #worsethanwalmart

I usually find what I need here when I cant find it at a big box store.. or when I know its less expensive than a big box store.. Store was clean and employees were friendly and helpful. Subscribe to the email list or use the coupons that are displayed upon entering the store for possible discounts you need.

Super friendly people! The prices are great and they have pretty much any tool youd need. And if you happen to buy something that you didnt need, they dont hassle you if you want to return it.

More than just tools. Parts you need for plumbing and electrical repair. Lots of interesting gadgets and things you can use around the house that you cant find anywhere else.
