Unbelievably awful - So I drive all the way from Lake Lure (50 minutes each way) to this store to get another gallon of paint. I literally hand the paint guy my phone with a crystal clear photo of the top of the can that needs to be matched with every specific number clearly visible. Somehow the genius inputs completely different numbers and upon returning to the Lake I see he has just wasted two hours of my time. If they wont take it back Ill leave the gallon of paint - poured on their parking lot. A colossal waste of time and effort. Train your staff Home Depot.

What can I say... we love the "Depot", it feels like home to us. I worked for HD from 1986 until 2002 and my husband worked for them from 1990 until 2006. Biased? Maybe a little bit. Anyhow, We have lived in an area withOUT a "Depot" for 7 years and finally we are fed up with the local Lowes, which always felt like betrayal to me. We are now driving 45 minutes to the Hendersonville Home Depot each Sunday for our house and business needs. They arent perfect, but it feels like home to us, we love Home Depot.

Just walked in and sat at the key desk for a few minutes. Two employees walk up and ignore me as they talk. One walks away and the other stands there for 5 minutes as Im waiting behind him. He turns his head slightly to see if Im still there seeing that I am he continues to ignore me and then walks away. Screw this store. I used to spend a lot of money here. Ill take my business a mile down the road to a blue store. Lazy old bastard should be fired for being so rude.

they constantly transfered me to the department i needed on the phone for 25 minutes for 1 simple question then when someone did answer the phone he sounded muffled and i couldnt hear anything its sad that so many unemployed people need jobs who can do it right and there are people with jobs who dont care to do their job right

Took 10 minutes to get help then he provided no help. Waste of time. Bad customer service. Back to Lowes Update 5.25.17...had a great experience today. Ill bump you up from 1 to 3 stars. Update 6.27.17 ... refused to price match. Back to 2 stars

Guy in the cabinet dept just might be the rudest person in Hville (Paul) avoid at all cost. He has GOT to be costing HD a ton of $ with that attitude.
