A Coastliner

I come here regularly and am so glad to have a good alternative to Home Depot. You can walk in and browse but the staff is courteous and always willing to help when you ask. If youre a do-it-yourselfer, the reps there are knowledgeable and give good tips regarding the use of plumbing, mechanical or electrical type parts (just like in a traditional hardware store). This store is larger than the previous location, things are easy to find. Definitely recommend it.

The service is terrible the most they do is point you to where the item is. That is if they even carry what you are looking for. Most of the time they carry what you could find in a Walmart Store why even call yourself a hardware store. I really do not understand what kind of store they are trying to be. Once you go there you have to go to Home Depot you will never find anything at Ace Hardware. At least in this one.

Thank GOD...I real neighborhood hardware store just like Grandpa used to take me to. Who cares if they dont have everything that Lowes and Home Depot have? They have something all the "big box" stores in the world dont: real knowledge of their business and a passion for their customers. I drive out of my way to go here!

Very helpful when you need nuts, bolts, chains, plumbing. If you are looking for specific tools for purchase their inventory is quite low and are often out of stock or dont carry the item you are looking for. Regardless, the associates are very friendly with small town values!

This location is not closed however they have moved to the Winn Dixie Shopping Plaza at the corner of Parsons and MLK. The staff is always helpful and courteous and they always have the odds and ends items not typlically found at the larger home improvement stores.

Every time I visit this location it gets better. More and more products. The customer service is over the top. The paint department has expanded their knowledge on multiple thing related to that department. Great job Seffner Ace.
