We stood around for 30 minutes waiting for assistance to find out if they had the fencing that we needed, finally one of the workers said that they had the board on board fencing that we needed, because of that we loaded up 15 fence posts and he gave us the information to go up front and pay for the posts and fencing sheets, he told us they had what we needed, we payed for the posts and fencing, $829.63 We pulled up to load the fencing and my husband noticed that the fencing he told us was correct was actually single sheets instead of board on board. We made it very clear what kind of fencing we needed and he agreed, but the ones he was giving us was very wrong, we had to stop him from loading, the board on board fencing that they did have was all busted up and they only had six sheets. After 3 hours of being in the store we had to get a refund. It was very frustrating, very upsetting to be lied to and then being tricked into something we didnt even want. You either need to retrain your workers or get new ones or keep better track of your inventory.(note: after we had gotten the return and got home I also realized the cashier had scanned the wrong fencing instead of the kind we needed she rang up vinyl sheets)

Customer Service could be better - seems like staff members arent going out of their way to assist as youd expect. Last 2-3 visits, Im obviously searching for items and not a single one of the sales folks asked to assist. A retired community is near the store and the bulk the customers are elderly. Ive seen some really lazy sales folks yelling down the ailes toward customers or talking condescendingly. Really had to bite my tongue not to intervene and correct the sales folks.

Does not honor veteran discount even with VA card and Veteean on Drivers License. Veteran Discount used at several other Home Depots. Lowes gladly accepts it everyday. I spoke with the manager Rene and she said "we only honor veteran discounts only 4 times per year" and apologized. I gave her a chance to keep/ earn our business. Will never do business again that will not honor Veterans everyday. They fought for your freedom.

Home Depot Representatives tried their best to be helpful. Tried to use my PayPal Credit to buy a lawnmower. PayPal helped me do what I needed to make in store purchase with PayPal. Even though my settings are for PayPal Credit as my primary setting, it did NOT work that way and PayPal is being a pain to work with regarding "in store purchase. Goin to have to "escalate" this matter to a SUPERVISOR later today

I visited the store on 11/6/16 and my experience was great. The representatives are extremely curtious and professional and the store to include the restrooms were well maintained. All of my needs were met and my saleswoman went above and beyond to assist me. Even though this particular Home Depot is further away from my residence this will be my home appliance store of choice. I highly recommend this store!

CHANGES TO THE STUPID WEBSITE HAVE ME SO FURIOUS I WILL NO LONGER SHOP HERE. I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. HIRE SOME AMERICANS TO STRAIGHTEN THE STUPID WEBSITE OUT SO PEOPLE CAN PAY THEIR BILLS AND VIEW THEIR ACCOUNTS LIKE NORMAL CREDIT CARDS. STORE CLERKS WERE VERY FRIENDLY BUT UNFORTUNATELY LIKE OTHER CORPORATE GIANTS THEY LOST IT AND WILL PROBABLY BE FOLDING SOON.

I rented a tool from these hacks. They gave me a price and told me to select "next" on their kiosk in order to check out. When I returned the rental, there were all kinds of extras on the bill. When I asked about it, they told me that was the fine print They told to to click "next" over. These guys are thieves. Go to Lowes, where you can expect honest service.

Customer service in the tool rental center was horrible. I called and was speaking with a representative. In the middle of me speaking discussing my issue. The guy started and continued talking to someone else. Never asked me to hold on or anything. Came back to the phone and continued asking me what was I saying as if he asked me to hold. Smh. Horrible!

Sure they have lots to offer but when you hire morons and pay them peanuts no one cares! No one knows where things are! Customer service? They never got the memo here. And smiling went extinct years ago it seems. I wouldnt buy anything here.
