I am giving this a 3/5 and let me explain why. This Ace store is superb. It is stocked to the brim with all kinds of stuff. Just a few miles away another Ace on Bloomingdale does not even remotely come close to this store in product capacity and selection. Unfortunately, however, this particular Ace is very ridiculously expensive. Last time I stopped by there (and I stop by there every now and then) I looked around and every single item had a 25% markup and after talking to the associates there it was conveyed to me that it was because of "convenience factor". Ok lets talk about convenience. There is a can of Folgers coffee for sale for $17. Driving just 3 miles down the road same exact can of coffee retails for $8.99. This just does not compute. I will concede that convenience markup is something that 7/11 does or wawa where you go to get a gallon of milk for 25 cents more just because it is convenient. Staff in this store is knowledgeable and there are lots and lots of them. I mean on any given moment there are like 10 employees there. They sell virtually everything and darn it I was very impressed with the fact that they actually had almost everything I normally buy. I was ohh so tempted to make this my mini home depo... instead of driving for half an hour into Brandon but unfortunately it looks like I just might as well keep going to home depot or Ace on Bloomingdale because both will be cheaper. If they lowered prices to at the very least match closest other Ace I would give this store a 5/5

Awesome Ace. I moved close by a year ago and have spent a ton of time and money here while renovating my house. From matching paints to landscaping products to tools etc this place makes shopping fast and easy. Well as long as you dont get caught up hanging out in the gun shop they have! This is the kind of hardware store I grew up going to as a kid. A place where you could get hunting and fishing gear along with your hardware. Glad to see there are still a few places left!

Outstanding customer service!!! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted asked if I could be helped I explained what I was looking for the young lady behind the counter sent me in the right direction radioed to the department I was going to, to be on the lookout for me to be able to help me! I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes looking for what I needed!there needs to be more places like this I will be back!!!

Great hardware store. Super selection with excellent customer service. Wonderful location. Its not like going to those giant hardware stores where you walk around aimlessly searing for someone to help. ACE really is the helpful place!
