Beware!!!! Beware!!! ☹️Purchased a entry door unit (that includes the door,sidelights) cost several Thousands Dollars. A few months ago that was factory defective and the manufacture has agreed to replace the door. Now the new door has to be installed and the other door uninstall but I am being Told I will have to pay several Hundreds of Dollars to uninstall and reinstall I have already paid to have the the First door installed and feel very Strongly that I should not have to Pay these charges again since it is A Factory defect and the door is not even 6months old!! Seems to me Homedepot is more concern with making money then taking care of good customers!!!! When customers are dissatisfied and are forced to keep faulty products because they will not honor their service commitments !!!

The guy who is always at the return desk is such a jerk. (Bald, heavy set.) Took a garbage disposal back today. Found that the mounting hardware was missing after taking it out of the box. While putting it back in the box to return, I noticed that someone had written "missing hardware" on the side of the box and then scratched it out. I said to the guy at the return desk, why would they write that and then put it back on the shelf. He said, "someone may have taken the hardware out later". That make no sense! Then he acts like, stop wasting my time. Every time I take something back its the same - same jerk. I have had it. Ace hardware may be more expensive but at least theyre not idiots.

Its really sad when your willing to spend a lot of money for a full kitchen renovation, and the person your talking to challenges you through the entire process. Home Depot is suppose to offer solutions to make things easier, but instead, they discourage you from doing business because they are so lame. I inquired about asking someone to come and measure my space for a new kitchen and was told I need to go to the store first. They cant do anything without the measurements, so why should I hassle myself to the store just to be sent away? I called Lowes, and no problem.....so they get my business.

Terrible service from kitchen department. No follow-up calls or follow-through with their commitments. LATE and they have no sense of urgency. Installer is even worse service and they will nickel and dime you. Ive cancelled their services and still waiting for a refund but I havent even received a receipt after multiple times asking. DO NOT HAVE THEM HELP YOU DESIGN A KITCHEN AND INSTALL NEW CABINETS OR COUNTERTOPS.

Friendly staff! Someone actually took the time to help me match some screws and washers that I needed! I purchased a kitchen cart from someone in a local Facebook group, but two of the screws and 4 washers were missing. The gentleman in the Hardware section asked me if I needed help, and he promptly found what I wanted. Excellent customer service! Now I can complete my assembly! I definitely will be back.

Terrible customer service,we were going to buy a large quantity of building supplies and we were checking on a discount and the manager said their bid department wasnt open on the weekends and my husband asked for a match of 5% like Lowes and they wouldnt honor it. So, we will go to Lowes and Home Depot has lost our business.We just bought a house and we are doing a lot of remodeling sorry Home Depot.

Went here to return an item with the receipt and the box and within the policy time frame and I was denied. I went to another Home Depot and got a refund the same day. Horrible customer service and employees who arent aware of their own store policies.

I have had an issue with getting a recent floor installation repaired. 4 months have gone by and I am left with no flooring on my stairs, just raw wood. The flooring subcontractors have been awful and Home Depot has nothing to rectify the situation.

Im usually able to find what I need here. The store seems a little disorganized in that some products are not kept in locations Id expect causing me to search the store or hunt down an employee for directions which can become time consuming.

Had an awesome experience in this store. Every employee said hello or asked if i needed help. When I got what I needed the cashier offered to have someone load my car and I didnt have to do a thing! Great Service!
