I have always had a very good experience there. The service is great and the owners are very fair and knowledgeable. Good prices and the employee are always polite and respectful. Very disappointed in their attitude, blunt, impersonal just gave me a bad feeling. Not at all friendly I took my gold elsewhere and met a real gentleman there. Be careful here.
