While I spend a pretty penny here on different crafting supplies, I was extremely disappointed when I tried to use the Labor Day 50% off coupon today on something that was NOT on sale and they told me that this item was no longer available for coupons because its price is now considered an "everyday value" price. That stinks. Shame on you Michaels. Ill do my best to utilize Joanns coupons strategically from now on to avoid this policy.

Ive had two presents for over a year that are still in perfect condition. I have lost the receipts, however. I called Michaels in Oswego and they told me all they needed to do is swipe my credit card and they could find my receipt. I would get every penny I paid for them! Awesome job, Michaels. I am now a lifelong customer.

Yeah Micheals the people who are supposed to help you werent all that helpful. I went up and asked her did they have any more of the object she said no. I was like well can you d out if a near by store has it. Yeah hang on 1 second.

Great place for crafts. Even though I rarely find what Im looking for here, I always find other things I forgot about. I really wished they had NFC payment options, as I sometimes dont carry a wallet, but thats no deal breaker.

Everything you need for crafting is in this store. The young lady who i asked for help wasnt too knowledgeable but if you know your way around the store, youll find just what you need. Great prices too!

Great craft store. Items tend to be overpriced so they can put them on "sale." But... You can always Google for Michaels coupons and bring them with you.
