They lied and told us to finance 2 phones and that our bill would be less than what we pay now with the financing. We now pay more than $500 a year additional for our plan. I have had problems with the 2 phones, they couldnt service the phone because they werent knowledgeable enough, so I had to come home and troubleshoot the phones myself. Ive called several times and asked to speak to a manager, no calls back. Went to the store several times to speak to a manager, no manager on site, the customer service is extremely rude at this location since a new owner took over. They scam you into buying a phone if you dont need one so they can jack up your phone bill and make a sale. I wouldnt refer anybody to this store, any of their locations, or have any further business with them.

Two employees went above and beyond helping me: Tony & Adam. I was in store and ran into an issue. Tony gave me Sprint escalations direct number, so I left and called the escalation dept. The escalations department told me I was wrong about what I was inquiring about, and it was what it was. Though knowing I was correct, I asked for a supervisor and they refused to transfer me. I called Tony back and asked if he could look into it. 45 minutes later I received a call back from Tony saying he found the issue, and its resolved! I really appreciate the service they gave, and extra time they committed! I will be going to this store to do my Sprint business rather than the closer one because of their unwavering commitment. Thanks Gents!!!!!!!!

I hate sprint i was told they were cheaper they are far from it. The website is always down and tells you that you havent paid in months the only way to know about your account is to go into the store or to call the 800 number. Im going back to Verizon they have better service and its way cheaper. I used to be on a plan that had 3 phones and a tablet with Verizon and it was less than my plan now that has 2 phones and a tablet!

Hands down the best customer service in the area. Visited several stores/providers and no one granted me the service this store did. Staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable on their products and services. Im now off to save money on my monthly bill with the most recent IPhone.
