Im rating this target at 1 star for the following reason. I have made quite a few purchases and noticed 3 times that the pricing on the item and the price I was charged were different pricing. I have even taken pictures of the shelves they are on and only a select amount of times will I get the item for that price. First time, I purchased a pokemon card pack for my son at the shelf price of $20. I checked the shelf which had 5 packs and the bottom shelf also had another 5 and both shelves listed "Pokemon card pack $19.99". When I purchased the item, I was charged $25 and customer service was nice enough to give me the item for $20 after saying that the shelves were marked wrong. Next instance, I found a gerber knife that on a rack that said "Gerber Knife $9.99" I proceeded to purchased this knife but it rung up for $24 and when I showed the cashier the picture of the shelf, the item was still $24, so I put the item back. Today, I purchased a stitch disney infinity figure. The figure was in the clearance section and had a clearance tag that was rubbed off. I asked an associate how much it was and he scanned it and said $13.99. He told me they are clearance and are being priced out to sell. I asked him again to check the price. $13.99. I stated that it didnt make sense that it was $13.99 if they are being priced out and he scanned again and its $13.99. I get home and the price on Target website is $4.99. These are a few times specifically that Ive had a pricing problem with Target. Im 100% sure there are times I do not realize that Im paying more than what is stated on the item. In fact, I watched a lady today have an ergo baby carrier ring up for one price and she stated and proved that the ergo was for much cheaper. I hate to see that an item is attractively priced and then after purchasing it, I did not buy the item for that price. Tomorrow I will attempt to get refunded the $9 difference on the stitch figurine but I cannot find my receipt.

Horrible experience. Store manager refused to do a return on a few items that i had just purchased. Saying it was against there policy. After making it clear i didnt agree with policy the store manager started to become extremely agumentitive. Making inappropriate comments to other employees about me while i sat on the bench trying get answers from there corporate office. I was rudely interrupted multiple times while on phone with corporate office. She then started to try and make reasons up i had to leave. Store manager clearly has not been properly trained and shouldnt be in the positions that she is in. Has a complete disregard for others and a not going to happen attitude. Never in my life have i ever felt so threatened in a big box store as i did today. At no point did i ever feel like i had been helped or even treated with any kind of courtesy.

Kathy was rude with me. Leslie was nice, "she runs the place", according to Kathy. But Kathy was salty. I thought shirts were $12 but they cost $14. It was a mistake I made but Leslie was nice enough to honor my $12 asking price. After she honored it, she left and then Kathy looked at me and said..."but you can read, right?" . She insinuated that I was illiterate and that I had no proper education. Thats why I dont like Kathy, and thats why I gave this one star.

Theres really not much wrong with this Target. The selection is pretty good and the there is almost never a crowd. My favorite part of the store may be the clientele. Shoppers here tend to be very well behaved and you are unlikely to see children running around unattended. Im not sure if this is because of the staff but is nonetheless a great incentive for shopping there.

Just what you would expect from a Target chain. Well lit, eco-friendly, urban meets suburban geared target market. Typical of any Target - nothing special or noteworthy here . Great customer service at this location, helpful staff, and typical Target pricing. One thing to note - they have an excellent homewares section.

I went looking for something that the Target website had on and off told me was on sale In-store only. Upon arriving at the store, I found the item was in fact not on sale. The associate was very helpful and apologetic, but I cant help but feel pricing between the website and store should be in lockstep.

Its a target, whats not to love?? Store is clean and organized. Helpful and friendly associates. Love the customer service area off the main entry - easy to run for a quick return or online pickup.

Selection for mens shoes was limited. Cashier didnt acknowledge us until after we said somrthing; she was talking to her friend.

Price match everything, they are fine with you just looking at it on your phone, normal narrow Target isles but could care less.
