I read a review here that stated the mattress was like a sinkhole. Well, there are several different styles of mattresses, as with any mattress store. I happen to enjoy a more firm mattress. Dan at the West Dundee location was nothing but helpful and pointed me in the right direction and under the cost I was willing to pay. If youre looking for a cheap mattress that will wear out in a year or two. If youre looking for something thats hand-crafted (they make the mattress at the Verlo Store), durable & long-lasting (I had my prior mattress for 10 years), choose Verlo. If you prefer a specific level of firmness, simply ask an employee. As I said prior Dan was a huge help and had me out of the store in a reasonable time without breaking the bank.

WOW!! Words cant describe how awesome my new Verlo bed is!!! I cant thank the Verlo team enough for the great experience I had and making me the most amazing mattress!! Great customer service....I would highly recommend this store!

Great store, owner also cut us a nice deal on a "Sleep Number" equivalent bed, and the bed is amazing!
