On July 13, 2015 suddenly my phone, Samsung Galaxy s6 just 2 months old phone, stopped working. I went to sprint store at South Elgin on Randall Rd. They told me I needed replacement phone. Phone will be here in 2 to 3 days. They told me they would call me when phone would arrive. When I didnt receive a call from the store. I called on 15th of July around 4.00pm. Lady who picked my phone became rude with me. She didnt like that I called them before they informed me about phone arrival. She said, " I will check and let you know. Dont call before that". I waited till 16th no call, I called them again. Same lady received my call. She didnt like that I called again. She was rude and told me phone is not here yet . I called on 17th and same thing happened. I patiently waited till 20th and called again. This time I was lucky a gentleman picked up my call. He said your phone is here. Ive received replacement phone. I was fine till I checked my voice mail. There was a message from this store on 15th July around 2.00pm. phone is here. Lady left a message on the number which was not working. She forgot to call me on the correct number. She made a fool of herself by acting rude with. She made me wait whole week for nothing.

Pretty dissatisfied. Broke my old phone and needed a new one pronto due to the amount of high importance phone calls I get. Went to the store on a thursday looking to purchase the HTC one. It was out of stock but the lady informed me that if I paid an extra 12 bucks they would overnight it and it would be there tomorrow. Great! Except it turns out they cant overnight and she charged me extra shipping for nothing and the phone wont arrive till monday. Thats just dishonest

Buyer beware!!! - I went in to sprint to try their service. I was horribly slow and the call quality is very poor. I returned the phones within 7 days for a full refund. However, Sprint is now claiming I owe them $1,536 for trying their service for 7 days and returning the phones. They have submitted the account to collections and hit my credit with a major derogatory mark. Complaints should be submitted to consumerfinance.gov. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS STORE!!!!

Dont go please take my advice go to another style or another provider. these ppl fail eveytime i walk in and need anything and youll be there for 2 hours. you would think they would know how to sell phones and service thats their job but nope eveytime is like their first time. man who"helped"me was taller,middle eastern looking man and he failed in all aspects of service. i wouldnt take the time to write a review on anything unless i was serious.

I had a great experience at this store. I went in to take advantage of their unlimited data plan and was greeted and helped by Cody Taylor. He was awsesome!!! He took the time to explain everything in detail and get me the best plan and phone. He patiently transferred all my data to my new phone (and there was a lot) and made sure everything was there and working before I left. I would highly recommend this store and definitely ask for Cody!!

Three times a charm! :) After being turned away from 2 stores, and needing a phone, South Elgin store came through and saved the day!! Alejandra Ramirez is a very knowledgeable and helpful Sprint representative! Went in with a broken phone left with a brand new phone without being turned away! Time and patience but she made it happen all while saving me money!! Thanks Alejandra you made my day! This is now my "Home" for my phone needs!

I went there and bought a Evo 4glte phone and loved it. Jason the store manager took care of me, he set everything up for me and showed me how to use the phone!! I liked them so much that when the IPhone 5 came out I went and bought one of those also. Great staff and I wouldnt go to any other sprint store!! Thank you for the great service

They purposely screwed me. I declined the insurance on my new phone REPEATEDLY to the pushy young salesman. The jerk put it on my account anyway. I went back after unknowingly paying for several months to remove the fee and insurance and they said I couldnt do this in a store had to do it through customer service. Huge FAIL. What a jerk.

I have been to the store 3 times now and have had the pleasure to be helped by Jorge C. He is the best!!! Very professional and knowledgeable goes out of his way too help yo and make you feel comfortable. The South Elgin Store is the best they have an excellent staff. If you need help go see Jorge he is the BEST!!!!!!

ALWAYS an ABSOLUTE great experience when I go in I usuallt work with Eric (my Sprint Guru!!) But Cody was there to help with ideas too. I had so many questions and they qere all patient with me to understand it all. THANK YOU for being an honest stote compared to other Sprint locations in the area!!!

Walked in, was greeted by a customer service rep, was told that a rep would be right with me, 4 reps were apparently helping one customer out and 25 minutes later nothing. Dont waste your time coming to such a disorganized unprofessional store.

Sylwester was our point of contact for our transition from US Cellular to Sprint he made our transition smooth and was able to answer all questions that I and my family had. I would suggest the store at South Elgin and ask for Sylwester.

Attempted to refuse to send me an email reciept until i had to ask repeatedly. I mean really what store doesnt have an email. Or just assumes that some would want to carry around a full sheet of computer paper as a receipt. Get with it.

Company needs to train for more responsive customer service. No one acknowledges as you enter. Waited 15 minutes and not even an "will help you shortly". Left and do not plan to come back. Just changed to Sprint 2 days ago.
