Went into this sprint store two months ago to upgrade my android phone to an IPhone 7 plus. Dennis seem to be very helpful with helping me with the transition. During the process he mentioned that Sprint was running a promotion for free iPads and I only had to pay for data. My first thought was this is to good to be true. I told him I did not want to pay for anything "EXTRA". He looked me straight in the face and told a Big bold a** lie. Low and behold I get a bill for 600 and something dollars for equipment charges . Remind you, I paid my phone bill down to 0 so there is no way I should have a bill for this amount. I tried calling customer service to discuss this issue they told me I had I had to go back into the store. I finally get around to going into the store to speak with Dennis. I told him what was going on that Im being charged for the iPads. I verified my information so he could take a look at my bill. The first thing that made me believe he was aware of what was going on is, he started talking very low. Im asking him why am I being charged for something that was free? He is looking over my account and started talking about charges that had nothing to do with the charges for the equipment. I continue to ask him why would he lie just to get a sale, his response was just pay it and they will credit it back to your account in two months.

My family has been a member of Sprint since 2002. We recently decided to lease phones and what a MISTAKE that was. The first time we go to return a leased phone they tell us a package will be sent out and well send it back in the mail. Three weeks later, still no package came, so we called and they said we need to turn find my iphone off so we did and again they said the package would be sent out. We called a few days later and an employee said the box was sent out. A week after that still no box, so we called and they said the box was never sent out because find my iphone is still on, when it was turned off. They were very ignorant when talking to them via phone, and not willing to help. They told me they were going to charge me for the 6s I have been trying to give back and after my newly leased 7 plus, I will be switching to Verizon. VERY POOR SERVICE.

Been going to this store for past 2 years, never had a problem until my phone wouldnt power on, was told I could upgrade but would have to pay remaining balance of my broken phone in order to get a new phone. Declined option and was told to file a claim with the insurance or go to a Sprint store that repairs phone. Didnt appreciation being turned away and left with very few options! Not very knowledgeable with broken phone issues, just sales. Before leaving sales representative asked if he could show me speakers left over from xmas. Was just looking for a sale! Terrible! Will not go back!

Edgar is the man! In all seriousness I got an iPhone (upgrade) time & it wasnt working at home with my airave so I swapped it for another one. Mind you this was still in my 14 day trial period but when I went to the Geneva Sprint store (because the phone still wasnt working right), they wouldnt help me at all. They said I only got one swap & I was basically screwed if it didnt work. But I went back to Edgar in West Dundee & he had NO problem swapping it for an HTC One & didnt charge the restocking fee again. He was great. The phone works great too unlike the iPhone.

Always have problems with sales consultants. Just signed a new contract asked about fees was told there was going to be $20 extra on our bill for upgrading our phones to 4G. Check our bill and it was over $100 more than usual bc he added insurance and a $75 activation fee. Got insurance taken off but they refuse to help me out with activation fee. All I was told is its doubled in price but we should have expected it and the sales consultant claims he told us so he did...wont do anything to help. Bunch of heels who only care about making a sale..no ethics at all!

After a very bad experience at a different Sprint store I was reluctant to go back to another, but this branch pleasantly surprised me! I went in with multiple questions about my plan and upgrading and spoke to Dennis. Let me just say that Dennis is the man!! He answered all of my questions honestly, helped me fully understand my options and the costs associated with each, and was super friendly and polite the entire time. He made me feel like a valued customer and I walked out the store confident with my new phone and plan options. Thanks Dennis!

if you go talk with Raquel, she seems to be the only one who seems to take the time to listen to your wants and needs or to give good service after the sale. I just called the store and had a guy not have time to listen and push me off to another store. when I told him my phone is making a blown speaker sound he told me they are notifications.... CMON man im not that dumb. Sprint has not a very good service but I made the switch because of the great salesmanship on Raquels part and the great customer service.

Staff is always very helpful and patient!!! But it gets crowded almost always and there is not even close to enough staff to handle it. Youll pretty much have to expect a long wait. But because of the awesome staff, still get a five star rating!

Had a great experience here with Dennis. He was so nice and helpful. Came in to add a line to my plan and get another phone added, was quick, informational, patient, and had us laughing the whole time. Definitely will be back for his business.
