I have been a sprint customer for 10 years. GPS on my phone was not working, so I went to the Oswego store to get it checked. They treated me like crap. Even before I could explain the problem, the technician started saying that Navigation doesnt work anymore and I needed to use Google maps. Then I clearly told him the GPS cannot find the satellite. Still, the technician spent over half hour trying all options I already tried and finally said that their systems are down. He asked if I had service on the phone. Are you kidding me? Why would l go to a sprint store if I didnt have the service?? Terrible service. Im going to call sprint and let them now about this. I hope the store manager Adan reads this and educates the technicians. I dont recommend anyone to go to that store.

For those of you who are unaware, a sign that says Sprint doesn’t mean you’re at a Sprint store. These stores are owned by third parties and anything goes. Their inventory is non-existent and beware if you’re told that “no store in the area” has this merchandise in stock. As a 12 year sprint customer, I was regrettably unaware that you can get the exact same contract with better service from your local Best Buy (which is located right behind this store). Their staff are not commissioned, inventory is in stock and you do not have to wait for a mail in rebate as discounts are applied at check-out. Skip this store and drive the extra 300 feet.

This store is absolutely horrible. I went in to renew my contract and get a new phone. I had to come back twice for the phone I wanted because it wasnt in stock, even after I had made a reservation. The salesman lied to me twice - once about the phone itself and once about him giving away the reserved phone. They told me they would call me when the phone came back in stock and they never did. In the end I switched stores.

Went in and got help right away. I waited an hour to be told my phone would have to be held overnight to be fixed. The technician told me more about "apps I shouldnt have" than actually fixing my problem. Next day I come in to be told that my phone couldnt be fixed. Thanks for the false hope. Should I get a new phone or new service? Hopefully the Best Buy Sprint is of better assistance.

Worst experience ever, i spent 3 days of my life on road because of them and screwed up. they sold me service without sim card then they sent me somewhere else for sim card and i cant find sim card then they said they arent responsible for that. Now im using tmobile which 100x has better customer service. (n) hated it.

Great experience! The staff at this store went above and beyond in every aspect, i would highly recommend and have recommended going out of your way to go to this store. The store was very clean and everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. Love my new Nexus S with 4g capabilities.

Beware! This is a third party store and sprint will not help you if anything goes wrong!!! I was lied to by the sales associate and when i called sprint they wouldnt help me because its not an official sprint store, they are third party. Besides that, they are slow and kinda rude.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When trying to figure out how to activate a temporary device I received absolutely no help what so ever from them. I sincerely hate this company; it is a giant rip off. I will not be using their services any further.
