This store definitely has a lot to offer as far as their products however, their employees, including management do not know their products as much as we all think they do. Either they do not know what they are talking about or they straight out lie to us just to get people to purchase things then tell them they will not return or exchange these products. Headlines MANAGEMENT specifically told me a straight out LIE to get me to purchase something. This is someone who I have been dealing with for a long time, years even, an employee who I thought I could trust as far as their knowledge on product. How wrong I was. I purchased this product and did EXACTLY what they told me to do with it. When it broke and I took it back THE NEXT DAY, they told me their was nothing they could do about it as far as an exchange or refund even though THEY TOLD ME FALSE INFORMATION. I lost total respect for not only the business but now that one employee who I thought would never do something like that. Needless to say, for all that shop there, know what YOU need to know about whatever you are buying and DO NOT count on ANY Headlines employee, even management for ANYTHING execpt knowing how to work the register, (and even then I would check!).

Im there at least twice a month if not more. They carry a nice supply of hookah and hookah related products with a no nonsense policy and straight forward service. Not to mention there wonderful selection of Body Jewelry and body modification related items. heck every time I lose my lip ring... ( dont ask) I can pop in and buy another one CHEAP. They have friendly employees and a great mellow atmosphere with more than enough knowledge in there section of the store. I dont know what I would do if there were not around, I love NH but Im a SoCal Kid at heart I was born and raised not to far from Hollywood and L.A. and while I love the peace and calm of NH Headlines provides me with a little feeling of home. ~Lunas~

Super gross wannabe head shop catering to middle-aged suburbanites shopping for incense & bob marley t-shirts. 18+ section is tiny, limited selection of commercial glass & cheap, joke adult gear. Youre better off elsewhere in town. Edited to add: The response of the owner is indicative of how customer service is handled at Headlines: if you dont like it, you must not get it. I have no bias; Im a customer and this is the worst 18+ store in in southern NH. The only "problem" this owner can identify are customers, which are a symptom, not a cause. Calling your stock party supplies doesnt change the criticism: the store is full of cheapo gags.

This place has EVERYTHING! I love the little skull creature and vegetable figurines, all the jewelry (I wanted allll the rings!), the knives are AWESOME, the smoke shop is unrivaled, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Ive been to both here and Portsmouth and I enjoyed both experiences! Definitely will do some heavy x-mas shopping here. :)

Well, Id say the reviews paint the picture! Headlines is where its at if youre looking for that special gift for yourself or someone you know. Plan on spending at least an hour browsing everything they have to offer. Worth the drive from anywhere!

Love shopping here, everyone is so helpful and friendly. Have gotten all my rings here and didnt cost a lot. Great quality. Candles , incense, essential oils. Always spend more than I plan on to but worth every penny. This post place is awesome!!

They should not be selling vaping products their staff are completely Ill informed or up to date with current products on the market and their selection is extremely sub par . Their selection of novelty products is great though .

Expect to be there for at least a hour. They have some super deals and great items. Employees are awesome and inviting well 95% to be expected as with any retail. However the counter help is Awesome!

I found my experience with the staff very pleasing...I am looking for a specific product, living in Florida. I called and the young lady was very polite and helpful. Keep up the good customer service.

Nice smoke shop! VERY pricey tho!! My goto is Smokers Haven, right down the street from Headlines. I could by 3 pieces of glass at Smokers Haven for a half a water pipe at Headlines.
