I LOVE Green Ink. Re: the review below, while sorry to read about this not nice experience, I am nearly sure neither of the owners would have behaved in this way - they are the ultimate professionals and provide the loveliest variety of boutique style womens clothing in every style, color and sizes to fit every woman (shoes too!). This store offers a terrific selection of clothing, shoes and accessories - one of the best in the entire state. I have been shopping here for many years, even before I moved to RI permanently the store was highly recommended to me. The beautiful and stylish jewelry, barettes, scarves and bags are like eye candy to me and I never leave empty handed. I have even trained my children to gift me with Green Ink gift certificates for my birthday! What might be interpreted as uncaringness, I see as people not getting in my face all of the time to convince me to buy their goods, like some stores in this area do. I hate that. The staff has always been, although somewhat reserved, very helpful to me. They take clothes off my hands and hang them in my dressing room. If I ask for advice, I get it. If I dont ask, no one bothers me. This is how I LOVE to shop. I know what I want, I pick it out I try it on - if I need advice at that point I ask. No pressure. I highly recommend Green Ink to women in RI from size 0-22!! And shoes in all sizes as well. And for an inexpensive pick me up - a colorful scarf. Again, I am disappointed too at the woman with the child whose review is mentioned below. I would have been upset also. I assume it was a parttime staff person. I dont know what else to say about that experience, because I wasnt there.
