웨딩꽃장식을 여기서 예약했는데 상담할때 분명히 제가 러너리본 달아달라고 했고 상담하면서도 제대로 받아적지도 않아서 뭔가 불안해서 계약서 확인하고싶다고 했더니 자기네들 못믿냐고 믿고맡기라고 정색팔색을 하시더니 결국 제 결혼식날 러너리본 빠트림. 어떻게 된일인지 확인전화를 했더니 다짜고짜 "돈냈어요?돈안냈잖아요!"라는 황당한말..;;금액을 토탈로 뽑아줘서 적지않은금액을 냈는데 돈냈냐는말에 그저 어이가 없었고, 더 어이가 없는건 "계약확인 안한 니네들잘못이다"라며 소리빽빽지르며 적반하장..목소리크고 박박 우기기만 하면 이긴다고 생각하는 몰상식한 사장처럼 보였음. 꽃도 사진으로 보여줬던거보다 시들시들하고 부피도 작아서 정말 맘에 안들었고 우울한 결혼식을 치뤄야 했음.꽃기둥도 다른샵들은 다 그냥준다는데 여기는 딜리버리비용 다 쳐받고 도로 갖다달라고하는 어이없는곳..진짜 가서 따지고싶지만 심신이 피곤해서 참았습니다.저처럼 순한 고객만나서 다행인줄 아세요!!

First thing - what u see and what u get is completely different. They overcharge and send substitute cheaper flowers . Ordered for a deluxe and a regular basket was delivered. Called her to make sure she gets it right as it was for a special occasion . Later,all she said was sorry and refund like$10. Not Worth The Money . Might as well go to Jewel Osco and buy double the flowers for lesser price!!

Stopped in hoping for a small arrangement for child to give grandma..something for $20-30....florist said they dont have anything for that little, asked if they could make something small, just some greenery and a few carnations but she refused. No wonder the shop lile its flower cases is empty.
