I wired flowers to my 93 year old Mother in Chicago from Colorado. A Christmas centerpiece. She was home all day on 12/21/16, but they left it sandwiched between the front door. When she found it, it was, in her words, "sick". A card was attached inviting customers to complain if theyre not satisfied. Not being one to complain, she ruminated over it, and called the store on 12/22/16. She was told they were busy, and told "what do you expect? Were doing 150 orders per day at this time of year? My Mother told them they wanted feedback from customers, thus her call? They hung up on her??? I will be in touch with my floral shop here in Colorado, and the BBB on 12/23/16. I dont even want a refund. Im just going to advise my floral shop in Colorado to never use White Eagle Floral again, and advise them to report them as well.

The flowers and my experience with White Eagle Flowers were terrible. My husband thoughtfully had flowers delivered in advance of Valentines Day. They arrived on a Tuesday afternoon and were already wilting. By Wednesday half of them were dead. I tried calling White Eagle Wednesday and Thursday only to get no answer and have a recording tell me that their mailbox was full and would not accept messages. My husband called the service he ordered the flowers through and they offered a discount, but my husband opted for a replacement...which never came. When I finally got through to the florist on Friday, the woman who answered the phone was very rude and hung up on me when I told her I had a complaint. DONT ever use this company. I have never written a review before...so, that should tell you something.

I had White Eagle supply ALL of the flowers for my wedding in August. They were close to my house and I decided to go for a leap of faith. It definitely paid off! They charged half of other quotes I received from other florists, and did a much better job! My arrangements were HUGE, beautiful, and expertly arranged. Some of my guests had to touch the centerpieces to believe they were real. The arrangements on the day of the wedding looked much better than they even did during the trial they put together for us. And my bouquet, bridesmaids, groomsmen, etc. - impeccable! I could not have been any happier or more satisfied. I would recommend this florist to ANYone, especially the picky brides to be, without hesitation. I feel very lucky to have found this place and to have had them do my wedding flowers!

Shop owner is awesome - if her shop is closed and shes in the area nearby she will come open her shop for your floral emergencies! Haha! In my case it was a girlfriend who was very very very angry with me! Worked out perfectly, bought flowers and a huge teddy bear - they have 2 sections,one flowers and one for gifts

I got my wedding flowers for thsi place and they were stunning. Everyone including my banquet hall manager asked where they were form - all the arrangements lasted for over a week after the wedding. Ive been getting flowers from eagle for years i highly recommend it!

This shop saved my prom! I ordered a boutonniere that never came. I called White Eagle Flowers 30 minutes before my prom and they said theyd have it ready by the time I got there. Gorgeous, great quality, and amazing service.
