My husband placed Valentines Day order on Feb 10. I waited at my office until 6:15PM (I was supposed to get off at 5 PM), they never delivered. They finally picked up my husbands call around 6PM and said would check and call back. They never called back. My husband is still waiting for their call. I was supposed to have a surprise. They dont even pick up the call... Worst experience and service! Dont trust it! Athena Flowers ruined our Valentines Day. WE NEED AN EXPLANATION.

Athena Flowers went above and beyond my expectations. They personally called the hospital everyday for several days to see if my friend was out of ICU so they could send the arrangement I ordered. I never in my wildest dreams thought a company would do that without being asked. The arrangement turned out beautiful and cheerful just as I requested. This is a company that truly cares for people and has a passion for what they do. I highly recommend them!

Best Flower Shop that I have ever been too! They live down the block from me and there flowers have always been beautiful. They also have great deals and they can manage any budget that you want. The owner is so nice and makes you feel very welcomed. There flowers always last and have everything you need to such vases,cards, balloons, etc. Been going here for years and will continue. Extremely disappointing! Ordered a bouquet for my in-laws on their anniversary; was sent a delivered note when actually it was not. On following up the next day, they said that it was too far to be delivered. A smaller alternate bunch of Tulips was delivered instead of the flowers I had selected and paid 50 $ for!!!! Very unprofessional and a let down, I am waiting for a refund!! Will never rely on them again.

I was so happy with your flowers. The process of ordering on line was easy. Your prices are great and your delivery was timely. When I called the shop to correct delivery information the person who answered was kind and took care of the problem with ease. So happy to find a local florist. I will use Athenas again and recommend to my friends.

An overall great experience. They tried to deliver twice before calling me, then they went out a third time to complete the delivery. I was a little unimpressed with the flowers at first, but it turns out they just hadnt bloomed yet, about 2 weeks have passed and they still look great. Would use again.
