By far the worst experience I have ever had. My boyfriend has ordered flowers from there twice. The first time he called in the order and asked for a specific arrangement he saw online. I received something completely different (nice but not what he ordered) and came with a larger price tag. The quality was nice but I was not happy that I received something that my boyfriend did not order. Since the flowers were nice we let it slide. Now for the second and last time. My boyfriend called and placed an order on Sunday to be delivered on Monday by 11AM. The owner was not paying attention to what my boyfriend wanted and wanted to sell him something for $150 when my boyfriend wanted a specific arrangement that was at $80. The owner has TERRIBLE listening skills. He wants to up sale you and doesnt care what you have to say, hell even talk over you. Well Monday came and I had to leave by 11:40AM, still no flowers. I figured it would be ok since my sister was going to be home all day. I was wrong. At around 3PM my boyfriend received a call from them saying they attempted to deliver three times and that he could no longer have it delivered because he uses a third party service and cannot afford to send them out again. He told us we would need to pick them up. I was livid, I knew for a fact someone was home. I called my sister, asked her if she had been home all day (she had) and if anyone had rang the doorbell (they hadnt. I then called the flower shop and spoke with the owner. I told them that there was someone home all day then he cut me off and told me that he didnt personally deliver the flowers so he was not sure what happened (his way of washing his hands). I asked if he knew what times they tried to deliver because I was there until 11:40 (even though they were supposed to be delivered by 11). He said he did not know and that he did not personally go. I then proceeded to tell him that he needs to check on the delivery service he uses since they are clearly doing something wrong. He blew me off and told me to come pick up the flowers and gave me the address and hung up. I could not believe it. What terrible customer service. The more he kept telling me that he did not go and deliver the flowers himself the more I wanted to tell him that maybe he should have. After all, this is his business. And why call us after the third and final attempt to deliver? Why not call us after the second so that we could make sure someone was there to receive them (even though my sister was home all day and they shouldnt have had an issue)? Just when I thought it couldnt get any worse we get to the flower shop about 15 mins before closing time and they were closed. I had been working all day and couldnt get them earlier (which is why my boyfriend wanted them delivered by 11). The next day we did not hear from the flower shop at all. At this point I didnt even want the damn flowers but knew they had already charged my boyfriend so I went after work anyway. They had a hard time finding the order. Then the owner said "oh right these are the ones we couldnt get delivered, you were supposed to come pick them up". Clearly, thats what I was in there doing. The quality of the flowers were that of grocery store flowers. My lily petals were already turning translucent and limp. The portion of the flowers that carry the pollen had been left on two flowers. Everyone knows that the pollen can stain the flowers. I understand the flowers were meant for Monday but couldnt be picked up until Wednesday (since they closed early) but the least they could do was take that off the flowers. As a business wouldnt you want to give something presentable? This was a total nightmare. I hated the flowers, hated the customer service. This place is a joke. Do yourself a favor and NEVER go there. Go to Violets instead. Save yourself the headache and get top quality flowers.

Horrible service. I was home all day, in my living. They claimed they tried delivering twice. The employee then offered for me to go pick it up. I agreed I could go pick it up, but only if they refunded the delivery fee of $12 since they didnt deliver. He then said they wouldnt, since they tried delivering it. Then he also said if they attempted to deliver the following day the sender would get charged ANOTHER $12! Every other delivering company has never done that. When I told the employee I would agree to a next day delivery if the sender didnt get charged another $12 he became rude and hostile. My boyfriend attempted to call them at 8:15pm (they close at 9pm) SURPRISE they werent answering. He called again and was told "I am driving home in my car, call tomorrow" Even though they close at 9pm. Horrible Customer Service. Avoiding Customers. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

WORST EXPERiENCE EVER! i gave that place the benefit of the doubt more than once, but the owner is VERY rude & money hungry. i purchased A corsage for my sons prom from one of his staff. he called me almost as soon as i left the shop saying that even tho i had A PAiD recpt if i didnt take him 2 more dollars, there was NO WAY i was getting my sons corsage. HOW RUDE! Also my husband went in there one time prior 2 surprise me w/flowers and (B4 asking any questions) the owner told him that he needed 2 hurry up becuz whatever he was gonna buy was NOT going 2 break him and he didnt have time for him.

I ordered flowers (online), to be delivered that same day. I received a phone call from Gorki Tellez, owner, telling me that the roses I selected wouldnt be ready until tomorrow. I asked if he could make up my arrangement with a different kind instead. he immediately told me that he would adjust the color and spray of the roses to make them. He did a wonderful job and the flowers came out beautifully. I highly recommend Alyssas Flower Shop!! They are very professional and fulfill all your needs!!

HORRIBLE service. I read the reviews before purchasing but I honestly thought people were exaggerating but I was wrong. The flowers looked nothing like the bouquets that they have on their website. Im reporting this flower shop for misleading the customers. I work very hard for my money to just throw it away Like its garbage like the garbage of flowers that were delivered. I also called the flower shop to complain about their crappy bouquets and they said theres nothing I can do.

Ill make it brief: Worst experience of my life. The owner primarily cares about taking your money. Hes rude, arrogant, greedy, and uncaring about his customers. Please do me a favor and do not come here for flowers or for any reason. Youll regret it if you do!

Old man with really bad attitude... Came in asking for white rose and received a "why bother" and a nasty facial expression. Notice I didnt come in asking "how much?" So I walked out! Dont recommend at all...

Was there March 2016 and the staff was very nice and friendly.. The arrangement that I picked out with the extra details came out perfect... Flowers where beautiful and price was good as well...
