I have had Sprinkles decorate for many occasions and most recently my wedding shower. The hall was breath taking!! Everything from the flowers to the backdrop and the centerpeices was amazing. All night I had guests coming up to me telling me their jaws dropped when they entered the hall. They are great people with great taste and do great work. I recommend them to everyone! You will not be disappointed.

I called to ask about prices the owner was extremely rude , he says he cant discuss prices over the phone . I told him I dont live in Chicago and cant come to the office and he started saying you have to come sooner or later , he is very rude and doesnt care about customers he has ZERO customer service skills , I will make sure never to call back again .

My friends and I waited in line over an hours. There was even a wedding party that went in there to get cupcakes ahead of us. The cupcakes were really good, but slightly dry. I did like the variety of flavors they offered.
