I walked into Flowers Unlimited II to do the thing that Id never imagined Id have to do. I came to order flowers for my sisters funeral. Gina, the owner, sat patiently with me and listened with extraordinary compassion, while I talked quietly, about my sister and what Id hoped the right flowers could contribute to the healing that wed all need at her "Home Going" services. It all could have been overwhelming but thanks to Gina, it was, instead, a warm conversation that coaxed the beginnings of the first bloom of healing for me. We talked about colors instead of specific flowers. We talked about feelings instead of arrangements. We talked about my sisters spirited style and how much we loved her. When I finally put my finger on a picture in the book on her table and asked, can you do this, she smiled and said, "we can do that and more." "Should I spend more?" I asked. She said, "no, and I promise you that what we do for your sister, will be more than enough. Youll see. Dont you worry about this anymore, " When the floral arrangements arrived, my other sister called and exclaimed breathlessly, "Girl the flowers are here and they are amazing! It looks like an exquisite tropical paradise! How did you do it? I told her, Flowers Unlimited II did it! Gina gently pulled away the tangled vines of my grief and created a bountiful floral expression of our sisters joyful spirit. Thats the unlimited talent of the compassionate women at Flowers Unlimited II.

Was supposed to receive a refund due to all of a sudden they couldnt send the flowers to my mother on Valentines Day....spoke to someone at the store that said my account would be credited. Over a week later i called because i was still charged....the woman on the phone takes my name and number and says someone will call me back by tomorrow....still no phone call. So i call again and the lady acts as if i never ordered anything and she somehow doesnt know how to pull up the order on the computer, even though everyone else i talked to never had this problem. When i start to give attitude, its a miracle, she finds my order. Yet, she still can not help me with my issue. I still have a charge of $50 and my mother never received any flowers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will feed u a string of lies to act like they are helping you....instead they do not care what so ever.

My daughter ordered me flowers, when they were delivered, they were not wrapped, didnt come in a box, they were jammed into a vase and they were not fresh. I couldnt believe this. This company gave many excuses as to why they looked the way tney did. Needless to say those flowers were picked up. How could a florist,spoil this surprise. I dont recommend them at all.

They delivered my lush bouquet ordered through FTD for my wifes birthday. It looked like they went to Jewels and bought a bouquet and put it in a vase. Thankfully after FTD saw pictures of this bouquet, they refunded my money.

The flower that were sent were nowhere near what I ordered!! The handwriting on the card looked like my 5 year niece wrote it! I could have bought the same bouquet from a grocery store for 9.99!! Very dissatisfied!

Ordered flowers for friends mother who passed away and when I got to the service the arrangement looked very nice. I would definitely use them again!
