I am aware this time of year is probably hell for florists. There is prom, mothers day, as well as weddings going on. I am also aware that trying to buy prom flowers the day of prom is kind of a dick move on my part. None of this excuses the treatment I got buying flowers here yesterday. I was first told that they would not make my flowers due to the amount of orders they had, which is of itself understandable. I asked if I could pick out some individual flowers to make a suedo bouquette. The only helpful employee at the store was the lady working the counter. She got my flowers for me but did not know the price of each flower and had to difer to the workers in the back of the shop. At this point my girlfriends hair appointment was done and she needed to be picked up. Never the less I had to wait another ten minutes for them to hand me a poorly wrapped 5 carnations and 1 hydrangia. One woman emphatically spoke to the woman assisting me about how my flowers were "a terrible choice". Bitter words you dont expect from someone whos profession includes playing with plants. I guess hydrangias dont last well out of water, which doesnt matter much since they were just for pictures. The woman at the counter though she was kind, and clearly also upset at how dramatic her co-workers were being needed time to figure out what my order with tax would total out to. I rounded up and told her to keep the change. I gritted my teeth and asked if I could please have my flowers now. The man who acted like he owned the place then walked forward with my flowers and some garnish, and lazily wrapped them in tissue paper. He started laughing at me asking "Did you just decide to go to prom today?". Sassy prick. "No" I replied. "Oh, so you just forgot the flowers then?". I didnt forget, but I also didnt want to buy flowers from the super market. I thought that was what a florist was for. Ive heard flowers grow better when spoken to kindly. By that logic I am surprised every flower im their shop was not wilted and dry from how aggressively they treated me as a customer.

Jo Ann is very creative and has a vast knowledge of the floral industry. This husband and wife team have been in the floral industry for over 63 years combined. Its nice to know when sending orders to Classys that you will get what you order, and they will accommodate all budgets. Flowers are fresh and long lasting. Jo Anns personality is great, friendly and always professional. They also have a newsletter that keeps customers up-to-date on holidays, activities and provides interesting and useful community information to which they are both very active in Tinley Park. You definitely wont be disappointed.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM! I found them online because I live out of state andJoAnn spoke to me on the phone for about 15 minutes about my order and what I was trying to do. She really made my first time sending flowers a breeze and she even made an amazing arrangement for my Best Friends Birthday. I didnt know what to pick and she said she could come up with something and WOW! She was right! I am so happy with the entire experience and the amount of genuine care she put into making my friends day! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! DONT LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE THIS IS YOUR FLOWER SHOP!!!

Dennis and Jo Ann really listened to me when I had my consultation and the flowers were exactly what I wanted.
