PRICES ARE WAY TOO HIGH! The quality of the flowers is good, but not worth the price. My wife has been there twice for cut flowers and neither time did they give her flower food to put in the vase. I called and told them that my wife and I were very displeased that there wasnt even 1 packet of flower food in with the flowers and I was rudely told that they never give flower food with their flowers. In other words, their profit is more important than being considerate and offering the customer value for their dollars. They even charge extra for the decorative paper surrounding the flowers. WE WILL NOT BE BACK! NOT RECOMMENDED!

Terrible customer service; every phone call is hard to hear and a straight answer is never given. After placing an order they said the cost would be much more that what was listed on the website. Called back the day before prom (days after the order was made) to say they didnt have supplies for a boutonniere, resulting in finding a different flower shop the day before the event.

The website says theyre open until 6:30 but when I tried to pick up my flowers for my daughters first daddy/daughter dance at 5:40 on Friday, the place was dark! And I had placed my order at lunch time the same day and they didnt even warn me. :*(
